The capsule is pretty hot, i had to sleep with open curtain as outside is cooler which is inconvienient

The door to the capsule is not lockable. There was no soundproofing, and it was quite noisy from about 4:o0am.

Fast check in and it smells good with aromatherapy thru the hallway.

Ventilation or AC is quite hot at night since it is automatically set by the owner.

The front desk staff were also very polite.However, I couldn’t help but wonder why a broom was used to sweep the carpet—under the lights, the entire area was filled with dust flying everywhere.The female staff member was very rude.

Location is very strategic, easy check-in and out, good for short stay for the early morning flight.

If any guest talking on the phone or using hairdryer in the dorm, it ruins the rest, as ppl staying here mostly just want to be quiet and rest.

It is convenient for a 12 hours stay in the airport.

The property is like a laser tag facility. It is dark, like a maze and you can get confused where you are. There is another capsule hotel in the KLIA2 airport that I also stayed at…. I would choose that one over this one. It’s just better in terms of where you keep your luggage, showers you can put your luggage out to grab your things and the showers are larger to hang your clothing.This one you need to go upstairs, go down stairs,… turn left turn right. Simplicity is better in my opinion.

Room is clean, location is superb to catch an early flight

Check in is rather slow, toilet when I use around 1 am smells a bit. I also don't like the lock at the toilet, a few doors that I had tested were difficult to close due to the bended lever.

Overall, the staff is very nice, and the room is very comfortable. The staff here is really nice and friendly. I accidentally used the wrong room, but they helped me change it patiently. Also, they provided me with two lockers for my luggage.

The only thing bothering me is that the toilet and bathroom are not very clean. But for one-night stays, I will say it's perfect for its value.

This is not my very first time here. Actually I always chose KL as a transit hub, as there are so many flights to anywhere in Southeast Asia. This Capsule Hostel is really come in handy, with the location is right under the KLIA-2Facilities are good in general.

It was a comfortable stay with basic amenities like a towel, eye mask and ear plugs provided. Appreciated that I got to lie down and rest for a long layover at KLIA2.

The walls aren't really soundproof, although it's not as bad as I make it sound. I hear people's alarms in the morning.

I like that it is accessible and within the airport. easy check in system too. the 'room' although packed, the bed was comfy. it was also quiet and peaceful.

during my stay, i wish that i was put near to the toilet but to think of it, it was also nice to be put far from it as i can walk and explore the place :)

The staff were great and it was what we paid for.

It was a complete maze to navigate. If you stay there make sure you right down the number of your room and colour of your door in multiple places and never forget it. I went to the toilet, couldn't find my room afterwards so had to sleep under the stairs afterwards

Noise and cannot sleep well.When your staff given wrong key room and can just let it. Please don't knock the door when the guests slept.

Clean, cozy bedding, easy instructions, friendly staff!

The pods have no noise cancellation, and I was put in a pod on the top above the bathroom and at the front facing the exit/ entry door. The disturbance of key cards beeping all through the night as well as bathroom toilets and sinks flushing was awful. Didn't sleep until 3 am, despite turning off the lights at 10.

I sent a message to request something and the staff were polite in their replies. Efficient and clear instructions during check-in and check-out. The place looks cool and is well-maintained. Pillow and mattress was comfy and the movement of air from the air conditioners prevented stuffiness. The temperature was just nice.

It would be good to have a small locker in the unit to put small valuables in while we go and shower. The locks on the toilets could do with some maintenance though that was not a major setback.

A few steps away from T2 departures. Ideal for early flights. Helpful and accomodating staff. Very comfortable in spite of the tiny space (good ceiling height when seated in). Very quiet and great free wifi. Bathrooms clean and toiletries provided. Only downside is the toilets and showers doors that didn’t lock very well. It felt anyone could push and easily get in whilst you were doing your thing :-/

I had night layover so it is good place to sleep at night. Because it is in airport then it is pricey

It was very cold, I woke up a few times to take hot water to drink and warm up

The staff was awesome and so friendly and helpful! The bed was a DREAM!!! GREAT cotton linens, clean and quiet except for a couple of young girls who were talking loudly... I politely asked them to stop talking and reminded them that this area was for sleeping, NOT Socializing... they quieted down immediately. I was on an overnight visa run, so it was perfect and cheap not having to pay for a taxi and hotel. It's a little hard to find, so I suggest more signs. The upstairs lounge area had a FABULOUS breakfast and allowed me yo stay for an hour to enjoy the air conditioning. The mall is FUN!!! I put my backpack in the lockers provided at the Front desk for a small fee and walked around unencumbered until my flight left. I'll be back in two months! Totally recommend this sleeping experience

The lack of signs leading to it when I was tired from traveling was a bit of a hardship for an older traveler like me...the names of the lounge and the Hotel are the same so the staff didn't know where to send me. I explored for HOURS after sleeping so I'm an expert now
