the room is nice and comfy

bathroom were too small. its hard for me to sit properly

It was small, somewhat comfy and cooling. Toilet was clean enough. Entrance and elevator seemed nice.

Some of the numbers attached to the wall to inform which direction the room was were not there. Floor felt slightly sticky, lot's of stuff felt old and not really well maintained. The 'window' view went across to the foreign workers' dorms, i think. Sheets and blanket were definitely old enough to be changed, though still soft. The cupboard of sorts seem to just have 2 knobs to hang stuff. The bed lights were just covered with cut off plastic bottles (i think). Can't say I'd be going back except for an emergency.

Cheat, not as in the advertisement, the pic is old, not well maintained, bad smell, dirty bedsheet, leaking toilets, spoil lights, smelly dark walknway

Bedsheets dirty. No toiletries. Rooms in Level 4 were noisy with annoying sound.

The staff is very good and friendly.

1) Your towel need to change already. The towels are too old.2) the ceiling inside the bathroom can be move out. When we check in, the ceiling is not properly closed. Afraid that people can go in and out through the hole.

Aircond is good and the bathroom even its a bit small but i like it..

I'am disappointed with the room.. totally different as your shown at your website..the room didn't have a telephone,in case something happen or maybe i need a help or emergency its very important to having a telephone in a room..and also the facility,even a hanger also dont have in your cupboard..i booked an executive room..but the room is not as shown in a picture..its not executive,. hopefully can put a kittle..the pillow is smelling like a cigarette smoke..

No towel provide by hotel and a bit noisy because can hear sound from others room

The hotel staff was humble and polite .

The hotel wasnt look like in the website. The amenities was not provided as mentioned in the website. No drinking water, no phone in the room.

The executive room very good.. And the price sangat berbaloi.. I stay 2 night for my honeymoon and my business trip.. Tq

The space in room sangat terhad so nk solat mengadap toilet

Enough if you are traveling for work/business trips. Don't bring your work with you. You just there to rest, shower and sleep. Lighting in the room will make you sleep pronto.

The parking is quite terrible, lucky that I got parking that night. It's not for any family who has babies because it's not that big (my room)

The bed quality is good, room is big.

Not too clean, bathing foam smells bad like long expired. No disposable shoes. Room light not enough

The Front Desk staff was very polite, helpful..

This my second time staying in this hotel.. first stay was on 1 floor wifi was very slow and second stay was on the 2 floor there was no wifi signal at all...

Room old

1st room disturb with noise door banging early 2-3am . Proceed reception ,offer change room to level G but room given was too old /smelly compare to our 1st room given.

Front Desk staff was very good and helpfull..

The Bathroom mat was dirty.. i think it was not changed after the previous guest checked out..

Room a little smelly but not so bad

The room is bigger than I expected with such bargain. It is so clean and comfortable to stay. The location is strategically near to a few attractions. Staffs are nice.

Very close to IKEA. The rooms didn't need the room key to power on.

Floor laminate was peeling and coming off. Floor wasn't clean as if they didn't sweep it. The room was rather dark. One of the lamps weren't working. The remote for the TV was missing. The rooftop cafe doesn't seem to be serving food.

Near to city centre

The picture of the "suite" was misleading-it looked bigger and cleaner..and there's a huge mirror that was stuck on the side of the wall,suspiciously looks like 2-way mirror

Nothing. There is nothing good. It was all bad.

Broken wooden walls, cracked mirror, no toothbrush,toothpaste, soap or shampoo. Staff was not welcoming also. Sulky faced. There was no parking available as well on premise.
