Location is strategic. Easy walk from KLIA Terminal 2. The hotel is very airy with big open windows (great when the weather is hot and humid) and plants located around the properties to create a green and soothing environment.

Some of the facilities in the room are a bit dated. But overall the room is very clean. Price is a bit pricey for a basic room without breakfast.

Easily accessible via KLIA2. The walkway is all within building area & elevators are available. Room is spacious. Stayed here as we have early morning flight.

For the price offered, we are expecting the basic hotel amenities is provided. However, there’s no toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, etc. Nonetheless, towels, shampoo & body wash is available.Staff was busy chit-chatting & hence delaying the check-in process.

When I booked room number I put in booking dates from 2 to 3 November, you give me different types of room. The price was about 500k rupiah with discount. When I started to book there a lot of rooms, then I see that room cost hours not 24 hours. Ok, no problem, I saw 12 hours room and booked it. When I come to hotel in 23.00 after hard day and flight they tell me that I bought time from 7am to 7pm. I asked them how can it be possible, cos I bought it in 6 p.m. how can you sell me 12 hours in hotel, when you give me 1 hour. It's scam, where booking selling scam rooms. Main scam that in Google maps there is price cheaper than in another hotels, but when you try to book, you get x3. After this I spent 1 hour, they don't want to understand that I already pay for room. I payed about 200 rng, and In hotel I payed more 150 rng. I didn't have any other way. In your bill I booked from 2 to 3 November PER NIGHT. So it's was scam, I'm going to I am going to write a complaint in your name; I have never experienced such humiliation, deception, and hopeless situation combined with shame.

Perfect location, speedy check-in, comfy rooms, beautiful gardens.

Wish KLIA would provide better lighting for the tunnel reaching the hotel. It is dark and unfriendly.

I LIKED THE LOCATION OF PROPERTY. NOTHING ELSE.

WHEN REACHED AT HOTEL, STAFF TOOK 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES FOR ALLOCATING THE ROOM. WHEN ENTERED CORRIDER NO AIR CONDITION, WHEN ENTERED ROOM IT WAS SMELLING LIKE SHIT, DIRTY INTERIOR, THERE WERE BED BUGS, NO TOILETRIES PROVIDED. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, THEY ARE DUPING BY SHOWING GLORIFIED AND EDITED PICTURES.

Walkable hotel from KLIA2. I particularily liked thst it was out of the airport but still in the airport if ypu know what I mean. Having been at airports for more than 12 hours and still 2 more flights to go I wanted a place torest and actually breath air from outside instead of air conditioning. Tune gave me both and more. I had a window that could open and had a tree outside with birds chirping, to which I slept to. It comes with breakfast but left at 1am so couldn't partake but its great value for money

Simple and convenient

Slope and ramp just close to the hotel. Please make it easier for people to push their trolley from the pathway, crossing the road then push up into the entrance of the hotel.

Sound proof very bad

The location was perfect for our short stay because of the flight delay. They have a restaurant and bar and the prices are reasonable.

A bit expensive. The size of the room is very small. The bed is also small.

Not worth it

Paid extra for the garden room, there is no garden.The room had ants that got into our luggage (we did not have any food).The curtain instead of a door was very inconvenient.Did not have a decent cup of coffee anywhere on the property

The a/c, I’ve stayed at the property a few times and it rarely works, and when it does, it never really cools the room

The location is excellent. It's a 3-5-minute walk to the hotel. Everything you need can be found at the airport, as it's very close. You can easily walk to 7/11 and buy travel essentials.

Unfortunately, the bathroom amenities didn't include toothpaste. Subjectively, the price for the room was a bit high.

The facilities are quite poor. The air-conditioning compressor was noisy, the room had an unpleasant smell and felt old.Slippers and toothbrush were not provided and had to be purchased separately at the hotel lobby.Considering the condition and facilities, the room rate is quite expensive.

Bedroom is clean and has a pleasant light, bathroom is clean and bright. Location is very safe , lighted and easy walking covered way to departure .

No water bottles , no tea or coffee and kettle in bedroom. Maybe an xtra contraption to open a second suitcase would be helpful.
