Wp Hotel

The hotel was nicely updated and everything appeared new

The rooftop pool water was a little green. An employee assured me that it was clean, but I could barely see my feet.

Location of the hotel was good as we could access the transportation without much difficulty. The pool is on the roof top and though it is quite small, but it is nice as the view from the roof top was great.

The restaurant closes very early at 07:00pm and when we needed food, it was not possible to order any food at the hotel. We prefer to eat our dinner at the hotel restaurant, but it was not possible when we returned to the hotel after the day tour.

Everything was great.

Washroom Muslim Shower (shattaf) has very high water pressure, and the water flows too fast. This causes inconvenience during use.

No restaurant is available in the hotel for room service and café is available only till the evening.

Staff was friendly and caring

Rooms were carpeted and didn't smell good. I could barely breathe. Even though I opened the window it made me sick. Made my sinusitis go into overdrive.

The location, early check-in was possible. The city view (one Petronas Tower) and large window, amazing view from the pool

The access

The cleanliness is a bit lacking and mosquitoes are ever present- even in the rooms

I like the fresh beddings so much! It was worth the money to enjoy all the facilities provided. But the paid parking costs me almost RM30 per night.

The breakfast was fairly good. But the menu for the heavy meal needs to be changed. Rendang was not rendang at all. It would be wonderful if there were kids friendly nasi goreng/mee goreng. My son loves the hotel so much!

Nothing but only the room and city view from the room

Staff - there was no one to help us to carry the baggage to and from the room. only 1/2 staff was available at the front desk.Lobby - Hotel lobby is very small and no AC was working.Room Facility - very bad smell were found from the towels.

Swimming pool not clearly water..i swimming in the morning at 7.30am the water still dirty..My room is 1107 the toilet smell bad maybe the air ventilation not good enough strong coz smelling shit tank going inside the toilet..Also the AC is Cold when i seat at the sofa area and on bed area not feel so much cold..even i tried adjust the temperature and fan still not cold yet..The lobby area i was having late lunch too many flies while im eating..maybe not to do proper cleaning on that table..but the food was execellent fried rice and lamb chop so tasty..Thank you..thats my experience

Overall nice room. Good restaurant with cheap prices for good quality. Nice with a rooftop pool

Not to clean, a few stains on the bedsheets and so on. Not uncommon in asia but maybe something you could expect not to experience in a hotel like this. The location is not ideal, there are a few small food places on the same street but they seemed a bit shady and you also have to go through a pretty shady area to reach the petronas, but I guess you can take the long way around. The gym is not much, just a few treadmills in a hot glas room, but with a nice view though. The breakfast is not very nice. A few local dishes but they were quite boring (felt like they were adjusted to please tourists which in my opinion is a pity) and the western alternatives were also quite dull.

The location is very strategic. Easy access to the town.

The staff name I am not sure, Maiza I guest, the female receptionist, based on her accent maybe from Borneo is freaking rude. Not suitable at the front desk. Arrogant and pretentious!

The beds a little bit hard but am 71 so it was an age thing with me but comfortable

I don’t like anything because the first i call to reception for toiletries are not included with toothpaste toothbrush they said we don’t have and if ask room shoes they said don’t provide so first reception call experience is so bad because we was check in the morning early morning I have decided bad choice
