Good location.

The small room with basic washing and toilet.

yes rooms were clean, location was very good,

but my disappointment was severe lack of ac outlet sockets which was very limited to only 1 room.... also the water filter facet was dripping, otherwise a good place to stay, shower hot water did NOT work......................swimming pool small compared to the building size...............................

The location is 15 minutes away walking to Suria KLCC mall. Also it has good view over the city and available glossaries in the lobby.

The furniture is a bit old, even the doors are the old style of opening with physical keys instead of digital key. Also, it is more expensive than surrounding hotels. Moreover, the swimming pool is closed whenever it is raining which is the case for more than 6 months a year.

The staff was very helpful.Room was neat and clean ,it has a convenience store at ground level which operates late at night .There is a metro station at 10 min walk and monorail and bus stop at 5 min walk

Honestly nothing.

The bathroom was horrible, the shower head was held together with produce plastic bag. The water pressure in the shower head was zero, slightly better than weak stream flow. The lighting was dark and smell was bad in the bathroom. It was a mistake for me to take a shower in there. The comforter in the bedroom was old and thin. The common hallways smells wet and like moth balls.

The apartment was in a good location, the facilities at the building were very good and the staff were very friendly.

No cleaning in 6 days, the water in the shower was warm (not hot) and they told me when I arrived and didn’t even plan of fixing it for my stay, it could have been cleaner and better maintained for the price.

Staff are easily accessible and very attentive but still wouldn’t recommend this for many reasons.

Cockroaches - in the fridge, behind the fridge, indicative of an infestation. I contacted them and they were quick to come clean but that was no good. I left the apartment after one night and was not given a refund. Would not recommend.

Great location. 2 AC working very good. Comfy bed. 2 grocery stores downstairs which was very convenient. WiFi OK. Gym is simple but yet good enough.

TV sound is terrible. Is not really possible to enjoy watching anything or listening music from TV. This was disappointing. Is like not having TV at all, which was an important feature to me, specially if you get some rainy days during your stay.

We liked this appartament very much, and when we go to KL again, we would like to stay at this appartament again. Firstly, it is close to the center; we were between Petronas Towers and KL Tower. Secondly, it is quiet; we were on the 23th floor, and we almost did not hear he sound of the road below us.The check in asistent speaks English, he helped us many times.There is a clear gym & pool zone on the 11th lvl.The bilding is very clean, the lifts are very quick. Our being in KL was very comfortable!Note! You have to take a English type power unit, becouse there are only Eng. power socets in the appartament.

Room and clealiness very good. Facility very good. Security very good.

No complimentary car park. I park my car from 11.30pm until 8.00 am next day was RM15. So expensive....

All good , eventually. Staff very helpful.Having run hotels prior to our retirement , we would give the cleanliness a 6/10more attention to detaildo the little things right please
