    Pros +

    • The staff were friendly, the suite clean, large, well stocked with incredible views. Nice restaurant with all day coffee and all close to transit. Loved the sustainability measures!
    • Everything was excellent during my stay at Element KL — from the service to the facilities. The only small suggestion would be to have a light room freshener, as the room sometimes had a slightly enclosed or lingering smell. Otherwise, a wonderful stay overall!
    • Very nice place to stay in KL

    Cons -

    • The only issues I had was that there was nowhere to plug in the hair dryer in the bathroom and I had to crouch over the kitchen sink mirror to blow dry my hair. The room was also a bit humid even with the air conditioning.
    • Nothing i could find
    • Wifi too slow and intermittent signal

They are giving the impression of customer value with many points that rarely can be found in other hotels. Such as: filtered water tape in place of the plastic bottles, room card key is not needed to keep the electricity on and, WiFi doesn’t need any identification or room number validation. Such small points makes you feel valued.

Some washroom doors needs alignment, no free parkings but it is still better to use public transport in such city.

Loved the location and the view was spectacular. We had the sky view room and we could see a part of the Petronas towers. It was nice to have a sink in the room with available drinking water.

There were a lot of drain flies in our room. Every time we got rid of some there would be more a few hours later. Showers could have been a bit cleaner.

The view from our room was great. Indoor pool is amazing, even for an advance recreational swimmer, and with a stunning view. Room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was full of the tasty options for every diet.

Proximity to KLCC Suria mall, money exchange just next to Intercontinental hotel and convenience store on the ground floor.

This was our second stay in Element Hotel during our recent trip. The hotel lobby is located on 40th floor, however there should be a dedicated staff assigned all the time to take your luggage. Although there is a hotel desk on ground floor, but at both instances, we took our luggage by ourselves from ground floor to the lobby. We had multiple issues with assigned room during our first stay from 19th till 22nd July. We highlighted the same while checking out and requested not to assign us the same room which was 4607. This time, they assigned us 4708. The receptionist told me that it is a city view 2-bedroom suite. However, sadly there was almost no view in one of the rooms. There was just a small piece of triangular window. I requested extra blanket for my son which was provided to us after calling thrice and it took them almost 2 hours to entertain our request. Calling housekeeping or reception is also an uphill task as they take ages to pick up the call. One of the provided telephone sets have 3 dial pad keys missing. TV lounge is better lit this time as compared to room no. 4607 which was quite dark in the dining area. For our great surprise, one of the washrooms do not have lock on the door. One won’t expect such sort of service from a pricy hotel.

Within walking distance to twin towers.

Despite of our request for early check in, we were kept waited after promised check in time of 3 p.m. with fake excuse that since the unit is big therefore it is taking time by our housekeeping time. Later on upon my followup they revealed that their maintenance team is fixing a broken sliding door of bathroom. We had no option but to check in while their team was still busy in fixing the door. The team was there for more almost 45 minutes after we checked in. They fixed the door but no one bothered to clean the door. There were finger prints on the furniture , dust under the sofas, wiered smell in cupboards. I mentioned all these issues to reception staff while I was checking out. As mentioned in other reviews, beds are extra soft. It took me a night to get used to of it. Breakfast was almost same all the three days and the spread was also not generous. Overall, the place do not meet my expectation. It is not a good value for money.

Great location, staff kindly and helpful, good breakfast, spacious rooms, and always very clean.

The shower's temperature fluctuates constantly, so be very careful when using hot water. It can suddenly become scalding and cause burns.

The hotel was excellent in all categories. The location in city center was enhanced by the great views. All the guest rooms are on high floors above the lobby on the 40th floor. The staff was friendly, professional and quick to respond to all needs. When my laptop wouldn't connect to the hotel's wireless, a member of the IT staff arrived within minutes to work on my computer in person and fix the problem.

We specifically needed a room with disability support (grab bar in bathroom, walk in showers) and wheel chair accessible rooms. And the studio room had it. Depending if the disabled person require the bidet to be on the left or the right side, would depend on the room layout. The room we got had the bidet on the left, which was just perfect, bcoz my family member disability was his right hand. You might need to request to change room with an opposite layout should you need the bidet to be on the other side of the toilet. Bathroom had ample space to wheel in wheelchair. Bathroom door was wide enough for wheelchair to go through. The only comment is that the small bump on the floor at bathroom doorway, was a little inconvenient. We would have preferred if it was ramped instead. The bathroom tiles can be slippery when wet. For a normal person this may not be much of an issue, but it should be looked into if it was to be suitable for handicap /those with disability (eg. using cane). Overall we would definitely stay here again for the disabled friendly facilities.

Disabled rooms can be requested when booking, but it is never confirmed. They will always say its subject to availability during check in. I would prefer it if they can confirm it is available when booking.

The views and the reception on floor 40. Staff very polite.

    10NelinaPosted on: 4-26-2025

The lobby and breakfast being on the 40th floor! The room and bathroom very clean. KLCC was only a 10 minute walk. During brunch hours there are lots of food stalls parked on the street in front of the hotel, plenty of food and drinks available.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, great facility

Location - central to mrt/lrt but still not walkable distance to places like Pavillion

    9BitaPosted on: 4-22-2025

Spacious room, nice view from our room. Clean hotel/room. Breakfast had enough variety and was good. Staff were friendly10 mins walk to twin towers roughly.Room had 2 double bed and it was only 2 of us , so plenty of space for us to roll around?

Maybe a mirror in the living area would be great to have. And pity it didn't have a spa (jaccuzi)to use.One negative comment is the pans that they make eggs in, are burnt as they sit empty on fire and you will find some burnt pieces in your egg when you order sometimes.
