Hotel EC Double Star KLIA 1 KLIA 2

flight delayed, arrived passed 12am. Contacted the staff and he waited for me, nice guy. nothing to complain for the price.

Great location, nearly KLIA T1 & T2, ERL Salak Tinggi Station.Great budget hotel for transit and short stay for rest.

Clean. Working Aircon. Working hot water. Two bottles of water provided. Next to mamak shop.

Note that no 24hr front desk. In the middle of nowhere but I had no problem getting grab

Dirty room, old facilities, bad smell once you enter the lobby, mold inside the toilet, to bad for us because there are no water during our stay because of leaking

Location.

The room smells really bad ! The shower is not working properly.

Good location (less than 15 minutes from the airport). My flight was canceled so I arrived at 3 AM (3 hours after check-in ends) and a staff member was kind enough to let me in at that time. Two free water bottles as well.

AC took a very long time to cool down the room; according to the remote it was 100 degrees F/38 degrees C when I entered. Sheets made my skin a little itchy.

They organized a taxi to and fro the airport. Also the nearby restaurant was good for me.

broken shower handle,leaking while bathing

Air-conditioning is very good. The staff was nice and they were located right next to a restaurant which was convenient.Offers transportation to airport

The sheets on the bed seem to be not so clean.. Very few toiletries Limited complimentary items.

If you need a place to stay for 1 day transit, this is a perfect. Affordable price. The staff also friendly. There is a food place next to the hotel. They serve airport shuttle with good price. It really help me with a very early flight, at 4.30am.

the best best comfort even tho its cheep , but i like it

The sink was leaking and the first time I came the water was very strong but the next day the water was very slow

Clean and cozy room. It’s close to the airport. There’s a good restaurant nearby. Amazing staff. Receptionist and driver were very polite and helpful all along my stay.

The staff are helpful, the room was clean. The hotel is about 10'/15' to the airport. Great value for money.

The room was clean enough

The water pressure was pretty bad. There is a mamak restaurant next to the hotel, so I could hear the frying sound at midnight, very annoying

Its good for taking the plane the next day, they have a shuttle service and its not far from the train station by grab

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is simple, but clean, and for the price, it is great value. Wi-fi was good, too.

It would be nice to have shower gel provided in the bathroom, but otherwise everything else was great.

Very friendly and accommodating owner & staff. Beds and comforters are super soft. We had a good night stay after a tiring trip from Singapore.

It's a little far from the center of KL but very near the airport

Comfy bed. Air conditioner clean and cool. Price are reasonable and cheap. Nice staff.

Shower water too slow. Desk too small. Socket too far from bed at single bedroom.

the hotel was very clean, nearest with restaurant and other facility.

the shower drain was stuck and make me uncomfortable.

Friendly and helpful staffClean and quiet place to stay

The staircase :(

Size of the room and the friendliness of the staff
