The hotel is quite nice and warm and near to what you need as a tourist.

The breakfast wasn't really good, it should be continental as it it sounds to satisfy overseas people.

Location is the Best , just walk away from two metro lines , also some slight walk from 2-3 shopping malls and Petronas tower. Breakfast is good , room is big and clean , specially like its Bath Salt , as it help to relax in a tub, however price a bit higher but still overall good experience

A little higher prices , plus higher floor or lounge access is not for everyone, plus some guidelines to go to pool , was in cotton shorts they did not allow it.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was really good. The bathroom was large and stocked with toiletries. the breakfast spread was just amazing. The location of the hotel is close enough to the KLCC area yet far enough from the crowds. Really a good place to be in KL....Friendliest staff ever...

Great staff, great location and facilities.

We were at the suite in 3016. The noise from the operating lifts were a constant nuisance. Also, the traffic noise at the 30th floor ( the highest floor ) was very disturbing. I wonder how the lower floors coped. Perhaps, noise proofing the windows needs to looked at.

The toilets are a little dated, it is clean but in small toilets gaps, in the toilet seat you can see dirt that nobody can reach.

Everything bed and bath.. and location is convenient . The wc was not function and ac.. over all decent room

The guest in the corridor were noisy 1am to 2am...

The room was spacious and the bell staff were kind and helpful ..one even suggested nice local spots.

The hotel felt outdated and didn’t meet 5-star expectations. The reception staff lacked basic hospitality and didn’t offer a proper welcome. The room was very basic, although spacious. I was also disturbed by loud motorcycle noise at 2 AM, even on the 14th floor.

Not kids friendly and no options for bed space in the rooms for families so not recommended for families I also found a cockroach in our room 1523

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from suria klccThe only thing i did not like was the open glass window to the toilet .. it was covered with blinds but not entirely covered which was a concern when sharing a room with our little children

Wonderful experience. Breakfast was superb and big new rooms. It was amazing and will try again.

No smoking room or smoking area.Wish the room dining and breakfast buffet had more options.Not sure how often the pools are cleaned, dirt/debris can be seen. Pool could be better, stained marks are observed. Sound proofing the walls to be improved.Beds are hard and pillows are too soft.Overall a dated hotel.

Location, staff, breakfast was very good.

I would expected laundry service including to price however it was not , price comparing with nearby hotels was a bit high and there were other tax’s being charged during check in and these was not mentioned when you are looking from booking.com

Allocated a room at front of building and had to ask to move rooms due to the bike race on road in front of hotel from 01.00 am until 05.00 outside our window meaning we got no sleep for 2 nightsHotel fully aware that this happens very weekend on Friday,Saturday &Sunday nights yet do not warn tell guests about it or offer the rooms affected a discount priceVery poor customer service when hotel staff know about the issuesHotel staff very slow to react to any issues, they instantly apologise and say they will look into it and then do nothing.Example of this was when we moved rooms due to noise the room we were moved to the TV didn’t work reported it at 4pm was told when we got back to hotel at 9pm it was sorted but nothing had been done about it and tv didn’t work. Finally resolved circa 11pm and only then due to my insistence that I had a working tv

Disappointed.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. Having given them a good review previously, I was disappointed with this trip. We had large luggage when we arrived, and the lobby had ABSOLUTELY NO STAFF manning it. The elderly taxi driver had to help unload the bags on the trolley. My daughter ordered a small slice of cake from the kid's menu in room service. What was portrayed and what was sent up - entirely different. When I questioned the staff, they apologised and brought the proper toppings. If they kitchen had it, why not get it right the first time? Lazy and unprofessional kitchen staff, in my opinion. Some ice and a plastic bag of any sort was requested at the hotel's restaurant. It was for me to make an ice pack for my back. Nobody showed for 30+ mins. After placing a call, I had to wait a further 15+ mins to get it, and the plastic bag was forgotten. It was one lapse after another. Upon talking to the duty manager, she did a check of the complaints. Came to realise it was indeed a lapse in their service. However, she offered us a generous late checkout in an attempt to do some service recovery. Thanks for that, appreciated.
