Location. Value per dollar - given that Malaysia has generally poor quality accommodations compared to Vietnam, India, etc., this hotel is relatively excellent for the price.

No window in my room - but other rooms have. Rather unfriendly staff that can be noisy at night. WiFi signal often "Limited Access" and staff reluctant to do easy re-boot.

Room 106 obviously blanket not change, no tv and no free toothpaste like medium room unless ask No soundproof I can hear people talk at reception maybe if I'm at level 2 much betterment

The water pressure in the bathroom shoud improve... Please management change all tv to smart tv in every room to make customer happy to stay because 1 of the reason my staycation is to watching tv... The bathroom also should more cleaning and please make sure the bed sheet and pillow case everyday is change to make customer more comfortable. Thank you

The door lock is out of order need to use some techniques to open and my fingers have been cut many times due to opening the door.The hotel room have some bad smells

Space too small to walking in the room and the bed & chair almost spoil but still using. Water in dispenser not even hot. Room 107 inside have an unknown door let my family feels very uncomfortable. Night time didn't have reception on duty and side door didn't lock ppl can simply come in the hotel

Dear management.. Why mineral water not provided anymore? ??

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I checked in on 10/05/2025] and stayed in room [Room 107].During my stay, around midnight (12:00 AM) on [10/05/2025], there was a sudden power outage in my room. This caused the air conditioning and lighting to stop working entirely, seriously affecting my rest and safety. I tried multiple times to contact hotel staff for assistance, but no one responded for nearly an hour. It was not until 1:00 AM that an employee finally arrived, and their attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional.When I requested a refund due to the inconvenience and lack of service, my request was refused without any reasonable explanation. I find this treatment unacceptable and far below the service standards expected of a professional hotel.Therefore, I am formally requesting the following:1. A full investigation into the incident;2. Accountability for the staff involved and a proper explanation;3. A refund for the affected night of my stay;4. A formal apology for the inconvenience caused.I hope your management will take this matter seriously and respond promptly with a satisfactory resolution. If I do not receive an adequate response within a reasonable timeframe, I will consider escalating this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

The front desk staff was kind and friendly.

1. The towels were with bad smell, it’s hygiene matters, I strongly urge the management to take immediate improvement action.2. The table in the room was too small. I need to move the things of the hotel on the table to the bed, else I can’t put my computer on it for work.3. Please provide info about the public parking in front of the hotel for the convenience of the guests who drive. (the location PJS8; and the operation hours 08:00 ~ 18:30.)

Property is ok and clean

Staff and management are extremely childish and irresponsible and treat customers according to their mood swings

It was clean and easy to find. Convenient location in PJ. Aircon good. Check in easy.

the room was clean and good enough for a solo traveler like me, parking was ample, the staff was helpful, did not have to pay rm50 deposit as i was checking out early the next morning (before 7am), info: early check in would incur additional cost

there was no staff on standby after 10pm (if there was one, i didn't see them) - i had trouble with my key after coming back late to hotel but could not get help, thankfully the issue resolved itselfplease have staff on standby for the night shift to aid customers when problems arise

Lift ❌Bed ❌Toilet ❌Wall ❌The toilet was small and some visible stain. The bed frame feels like going to collapse anytime. I have to minimise my movement for every single turn of my body. Lift button was spoiled at second floor. The wall paint was pelling off.

Quite a good location as it was very near the BRT. Breakfast was not provided and the staff didn't mention there's Breakfast serve for the customer.

My room is very near the road. At times it can very noisy during midnight as the vehicles were travelling. It will be very good if you all can provide a laundry service for the customer. For my case, I'm willing to pay for it.

the price and location, very near to sunway colllege, for my son registration at sunway college. very near to restaurant n massage center .

the toilet wall was not brush n have dirt. the housekeeping staff should focus to clean n brush the entire toilet esp the wall near the shower area, lift only for going up. iron only available ground floor
