Mars Hotel

VALUE FOR MONEY. PARKING IS BIT HARD TO FINDNEARBY MAIN ROAD.NOISY IF FACING THE STREETNEARBY RESTAURANT AND STORE.OVERALL, STILL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Place was clean. No cockroach or other pests. Shower was hot and with high pressure. Aircond unit was functioning normal, room was cool. Some staffs were friendly. Main entrance was locked with a guard standing by after 11pm. A mamak restaurant located on the ground floor. Petronas and Shell a block away. CIMB bank a few doors away. (And Maybank ATM at the Petronas station). Towel provided, soap dispenser in the shower, some toiletries provided. 2 bottles of mineral water provided. High speed wifi provided. Password at at the main mirror in every room. Considering their cheap price, they exceeded my expectations.

No tissue in the room. Cannot ask for extra pillows. Limited space to hang clothes (no wardrobe, just some hooks on the wall, 2 hangers provided). TV channels were 54it (3 channels from Freeview with interruption ever few minutes. Got RTM 1, RTM 2 and 8TV)

Location is very strategic, it is just located opposite of the PV128. Plenty of eating places.

The only drawback is limited parking space.

Room price not worth it

The family room soooooooo noisy, especialy at midnight time, can’t sleep at all. The room is side by side by main road, motor sound, ambulance sound, bomba sound all the night is interferece by this kind of sound

-The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable-The staff were quite helpful-The location is great as the hotel is surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants and a shopping mall is about 10-min walk away

-The noise isolation of the room was bad therefore we could hear people talking from outside of the window and the room next to ours-We put the paper card on our door as a sign to ask for room cleaning but the cleaning staff just ignored it until we complained it to the front desk-The WiFi was set up by an idiot, using the same SSID for the (~100MBit/s) 5 GHz band and for the (unbearably slow) 2.4 GHz band, so that every Android device will auto-connect to the crappy 2.4 GHz band with no possibility to choose. Bring your own access point

Customer service and location. Easy place to find food.

The room is spacious for us. It would be great if the lamp is bright. The self service check in is so great. The first hotel that I see with self service check in kiosk.

There is no parking, but you can park anywhere around the hotel with no charges. Everything is okay.

The lobby is clean, the room quite spacious and clean.. thumbs up

The room i was staying didn't provide tissues. The bathroom wasn't clean. I could see stains under the sink and floor. Not to mention, the toilet doesn't pump well the excrements. I could see my poop floating no matter how many times I pumped. I hope you fix the toilet problems. Maybe it got something to do with the pressure. And I found few cockroaches in the room and toilet. I forgot to snap pic because I was too tired from long drive (from Terengganu). Last but not least, I didn't feel like welcoming from the trans staff.. overall is ok

Location in the middle of the city, clean, comfortable, and feel safe even if you check in at 1 am because there is a security guard at the entrance ☺️
