No hygiene. Very dirty hotel. Cockroaches in the room. Staff is not helpful. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, hard to carry luggage. The hotel claims a deposit of 50 ringgit refundable on checkout in case something breaks. In fact, most of the things are already broken or missing. I recorded before using the room. I was not given the room I booked.I was given a family room . Later, I have to look for cockroach spray.
None. Taking the stairs was horrible. It was wet and quite slippery and you might even land in the hospital. Not recommended at all.
Ventilation was poor. Bathroom and room was untidy. Bed sheet looks stained with some gross fluid/discharge left behind by some other occupants. Can check for yourself. Flooring looks filthy.
honestly the most incredible staff this was the highlight they went above and beyond to help us - the owners of this property should pay these guys a bonus as they were really great at all times to us, even went out to buy bug spray as we had issues in our room
