Giving the wrong roomThe TV is note functioning,report to staff but no action taken The receptionist said will give me better room,apparently noI always checked in here(more than 3 times)there is good and bad experience

- Nice view, comfy beds, good airconditioning.- Not sure if its nearby to the restaurants, but MRT station just next to the hotel.- Parking in the basement of mall, no charge needed.- Good breakfast, my son love it.- Equipped with do not disturb switch, more privacy.

- The room slightly smelly, maybe because of the carpet but its not a big problem

Free parking, super spacious room, wonderful bathroom, excellent hot shower.

Very thin walls. So, it’s very noisy when neighbours don’t manage their voices and sound.

Its not really the hotel fault that the surrounding area was no restaurant at all. Hungry ppl at night will have to rely on those two vending machine only with limited food.

Check in too slow, sound protection no good, can hear the pub noise and the noise from outside

The staffs are friendly, the parking is convenient, the rooms are spacious, with working desk for the price I paid, the location is fantastic. Bed is comfortable.

The air conditioner is very bad. Every room is hot! The corridor is so smelly.

Total disappointment

Booked for king size bed but they only have 2 single bed. Asked to joint bed ended do it ourselves. Request for king bedsheet, just passed the bedsheet ask to do it ourselves. 12am++ Midnight other visitor and security came to open door due to wrong room assigned to him.

This hotel was very conveneient for us and near a train station Amazing value as room prices were so reasonable. However this time round when booking did not realize had a window less room . the previous times we stayed we had amazing large windows so this was a one off experience would definitely recommend for affordability and comfort in room

Aircon settings are at 27, midnight wake up due to the heat in the room

I only like the bed.

The room, the aircond, the noise of cars coming from outside the window, dirty carpet and all the stuff in the room looks old and not maintained enough. I had a very bad sleeping experience. Cant sleep at all!
