The staff was warm and friendly, always greeting us when we came back to the hotel. Very attentive to our every request.

Very good location. We were upgraded to a suite. Very helpful staff, great breakfast with a lot of choices.

Good location close to Pavillion shopping mall in Bukit Bintang. Clean, well appointed suite with all expected amenities. Very helpful and professional staff at all levels. Reasonable rates.

Both club lounge and general breakfast restaurant busy, very casual and not relaxing. Lots of people with privileges, including many families with small children. Atmosphere of a hospital cafeteria at lunch time. Dress code of any kind not clearly defined or enforced.

They didnt hold our luggage without us having to book another night, holding luggage is very common practice for hotels but The ritz is trying to squeeze every.

It’s a classic Ritz establishment with all the decor and grandeur.

The doors are significantly outdated, and the reception reeks of cigarettes and cigars.

Great stay, the property was located at perfect location. Room size & bed quality was amazing. Great Spa, Pool and Gym.

The location was very nice and the hotel breakfast was good.

Asked to replace bed after two days which was very bumpy and worn-out, plus I got skin rash from their towels after taking shower.

Our stay was absolutely excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was exceptional, a real highlight of our visit.We’ll definitely be choosing the Ritz again!

The only suggestion would be to offer complimentary parking for guests. Other than that, it’s a full 5-star experience.

we enjoyed our stay in Ritz, we booked the apartment it was exceptional, the breakfast was great, the location superb near to the largest mall in Malaysia, and also connected to a mall which have good restaurants.

The hotel is of a classic type. The location is very good. The breakfast is far below my expectation and its not value for money. The facilities are old and requires immediate renovation. The carpets in the corridor and the rooms are old and somewhat smelly despite spraying them.

Gorgeous, quiet, comfortable room. Big spacious bathroom (with a scale ?). Awesome water pressure in shower. Superb service.

You know how a hotel can come so close to perfect, but then do a single thing really short-sighted that negates all the hard work by the earnest staff? This hotel makes you sign out its umbrellas on a clipboard and makes a big fuss of pointing out that you'll be charged a punitive $25 (for a $3 umbrella) if you don't return it. I felt so much stress from the threat (and possibility of losing it somewhere) that I didn't dare "rent" the umbrella and got wet searching for my own to buy in a convenience store (yes, for $3). I have stayed at nice hotels all over the world, and every one of them lends umbrellas free of charge and relies on their guests to be honest about it. This won't be enough to prevent me from returning, but judging from the back room full of unused umbrellas that I saw, I'm not the only guest not offering up his name for the clipboard.

Almost every thing.. location.. cleanness.. staff.. being close to best shopping centers.. surrounded by bunch of restaurants… the specious os our apartment

The internet connection as its too poor , and the TV must be smart instead of normal channels!

Excellent hospitality by the professional staff.

Despite high quality service, there were several problems that made our stay a little disappointing, such as a flooded bath and a payment system problem upon checkout.Also, it is not recommended to go for breakfast early in the morning as staffs are not ready to serve.

Room was big and clean .. breakfast had local and international choices .. location was perfect ..
