Absolutely loved it here. I slept so good. The room was clean. Everything was stocked. The staff was kind and the breakfast was good. The area was nice too there was a Lot to explore and nearby restaurants

I wish there was more variety when it came to breakfast

The hotel is nice, a 3.5 star rating. Clean and professional. Location to the metro line was good and close to the center of Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast had a good selection.

There's a major nightclub outside the hotel and from 11 PM to 3 AM there is a lot of LOUD MUSIC playing. Horrible for anybody trying to sleep. Breakfast room ran out of plates and food and coffee was bland. Overall a terrible experience.

Spacious, clean, attentive staff and ideal location for KL visitors

Strategic location, lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, crews are amazingly friendly, room superbly cleaned and well equipped. Wifi is fast too.

The design where the sink is outside of the toilet is a bit weird. Not a big deal anyway.

The hotel is well located in a good area and with a great view from the rooftop pool to the Menara tower.

Outdated facilities that are not very well maintained. A renovation is due as it didn’t feel as clean as you’d expect from the price tag.

The room was spacious with an amazing view of the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful, joyful, and attentive to every detail. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Both the room and the rooftop pool offered stunning views, and everything was spotless. Truly an excellent experience we’d highly recommend!

The hotel was clean, rooms were big and spacious. I also enjoyed that the pool was pretty big for a hotel pool and all the staff were helpful

We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed pretty expensive but there's plenty of breakfast stalls around

The hotel was amazing, I loved it so much! The service was excellent, and the location was perfect with so many restaurants and cafes around. Lots of photo spots too! On the day I checked out, around 11:30 AM, I gave a valet staff 50 ringgit as a tip, but I forgot to mention that I wanted him to share it with another staff who kindly helped me carry my luggage. I’m not sure if he shared it, but both of them were really nice. I’d definitely come back to stay here again! ??

Nice rooftop, large bedrooms, very friendly, clean. Good restaurants close by!

Poolbar only opens at 3pm

Great pool and rooftop views.Lovely helpful staff.Good drinks at the bar.Spacious clean and comfortable room. Allowed us to use the pool after check out until we had to leave.

No beer for 2 days at the bar.Quite far from everything, it is not walkable and it's very difficult to get around the city as you need grabs everywhere and there's a lot of traffic - obviously not the hotels fault. Not enough loungers and none in the shade.

Great location with nice surroundings

Room light is too bright, not dimmable, missing diffuser for mirror lights, making it feels uncozy. Furniture is made of laminates that makes it look cheap

Stylish property close to central KL. Comfortable rooms. Great, simple pool.

Showers can have a large clouded / frosted glass window that you can see clear silhouettes through from the main room / bed area. This can be awkward if traveling with friends as you don’t have full privacy in shower.

Breakfast was very good with many choices . There is a good view from the rooftop bar and all staff were very helpful.

I cannot imagine that anyone wanted or enjoyed the blaring music in the rooftop bar on Saturday night. This attempt to make the bar “funky” or trendy was misconceived and drove us away. We also found it bizarre that the restaurant would only serve a 3 course set menu. Finally, we found the lighting in our bedroom a bit annoying - too many switches and options

Great location close to lots of good cafés and restaurants, walking distance to tourist sites. Very comfortable room, immaculately clean. Lovely to have the rooftop pool area too. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful and friendly.

Great location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Within easy walk to LRT for cheap transport around the city. Nice rooftop pool and big gym with good variety of machines. Staff are all polite and friendly and really go out of their way to rectify any issues raised.

Breakfast - pathetic selection and quality compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed - and food was mostly overcooked and dry. Quality and service also didn't quite live up to its exquisite branding differentiation ("Autograph Collections"). Duvet cover has stains, and so does the bedsheet. A call to the front desk staff was a bit frustrating - he didn't seem to understand "duvet cover". WIFI reception is extremely poor with no connection at times. Lone female traveller, yet the room assigned to me was right at the end of a corridor next to the emergency exit - didn't quite feel good about that if not for the security camera right outside. And didn't sleep well at all for 2 out of the 3 nights - very noisy corridor with frequent slamming of doors from other occupants, or talking outside the corridor, or knocking at 2am, or vehicle/ fireworks outside the window in the middle of the night. Doubt will come back again except for the location.

Great location and attentive staff. Fabulous rooftop bar. The floors need to be better cleaned in the breakfast restaurant and in the rooms. The breakfast needs more imagination. It’s ok but not wow.

put in high room below gym so were woken up at 5.30 with someone dropping weights. had the faff of moving rooms. ridiculous idea to out a room below gym.rooftop was stunning and loved location
