Great location, close to everything you need

Staff was a bit dismissive. The first room I was in was quite dirty with ants. Depending on the room you would be facing an active construction site. I had a city view that’s basically just front row seats to the construction. When I brought it up with the staff they try to gaslight me at first and said there’s no construction and when I kept insisting they decided to move me… to another room with the same issue. At least the second room was cleaner with no ants. Only a place to sleep and that’s it.

No small fridges in the room to keep your foodNo smart tv The water bottles ( I am not sure if they were refillable or not, but I realized that some have unpleasant smell). Perhaps the property should be aware of that.

Room was nice clean, evry thing you need is around there subway,mono rail, eaterys, ATM, shoping malls, famous street foods of Jalan alor. Restaourants from all continents. Very friendly & helpful staff. Forget about about buying & carrying water evry day, thers free water coolers on evry floor. Cheep loundry is just on the left of hotel. Thanks to all boys & girls who were working there.

Its location. Very near bukit bintang metro. Have access to free drinking water

The room was clean and organized, with friendly and supportive people.

Very convenient and so close to all the attractions. The staff are all equally amazingly friendly and knowledgeable.

Walking distance to the most diversity restaurants, street markets and malls

The hotel is right there in the center of Bukit Bintang. I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful. They clean it everyday. They also provide water. Everyone is professional and helpful. Just ask. I really recommend it. If I go again, I will go to this hotel.

The hotel is situated right beside the beach. If you want to sit alone beside the sea and hear its sound, this is the right place. You can stay in wooden houses with all modern amenities.

Room fare is high

None. This hotel was sucks. The room air conditioner was not cold enough. Water supply in the toilet was not strong enough. The worst part was their bidet. Sometimes theres water sometimes none.

Unfriendly hotel .

The staff unfriendly , on the website standard rooms look big but on reality its like pigeon hole . Manager unapproachable. Never book and pay online. Will never come back agoing and stay there. The hotels name should be " UNFRIENDLY HOTEL "

The location is superb.

the rooms are very small.You hardly have space to move once you put your bags down.A frostered glass is placed between the washroom and the room. You cannot visit washroom without enlightening the entire room

I like the location. Closest to all the shopping malls n eateries.So close to the public transport.

I didn’t like the bathroom don’t have a glass door to keep the bathroom dry. After shower the floor will be wet n quite risky too.

The location is strategic. Close to all attractions in Bukit Bintang

Room. Too small. Unexpected to be so small. The aircond not cold and old fashioned aircond which is using ceiling aircond instead normal one and the air flow not directed to the bed. Its directed at the door. The light so dim and using yellow light only and directed also at the door.

Location - very close to city center and the famous Jalan Alor food market

Toilet was not that clean and had an unpleasant smell. Walls were very thin so this isn't good for those who sleep lightly or sensitive to noise. There was only 1 outlet in the room which was not helpful for travellers who usually have a lot of gadgets. For me this hotel is good to get you through a very quick overnight but not for longer stays. Staffs were just there to do their jobs, not to provide you outstanding service.

strategic location.. for non muslim have chinese restaurant nearbylarge bed queen size suitable for 2 adults 1 kid..

I can't thank the hotel enough, especially the reception staff. I lost my pendrive with important files, and they were able to recover it even after a month had passed. The hotel's honesty is commendable, and it assured me of the safety of my belongings. As for my stay, the hotel’s location is within walking distance of malls and tourist spots, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provides free mineral water with refill stations, which can help you save some money.Once again, thank you so much, Izumi Hotel. It was a great stay!

None. Good for solo traveler.
