Love the location, near to all the hype area and facilities of the suite

The main door don't have an extra lock to secure,

We like the view the most..especially at night, it was spectacular. The room was spacious and clean.

The aircond was not working properly. We experienced hot air at the living room, but gradually it was ok because of the cool air from the rooms as we let the room's door opened. Fyi, we did not send any complain to the staff. The staff was doing great and helpful.

The room is very big & clean. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The power suddenly cut 3 times.

The location is good , nothing is good

The room is really bad , the pillow is very dirty , don’t contrary to what we seen on the advertisement ?no coffee, no shower lotion , even after changing to another room still cannot make it. The bedsheet and pillow case looks yellowish not clean weird smell. Can’t sleep well for the 2nights ?

Location that really good to almost all

TV has no remote and we are tvless during our stay although it has been reported. Cleaneness is just a decent and acceptable. Not excellent but just ok

The unit was very comfortable.. view was amazing.. love it. My kids loves it soo much.The host was very helpful

The Room lamp was dim and very scary if you stay alone.. First night I couldnt sleep well as i heard the pulling chair frequently

No breakfast, hence not applicableLocation is good. Very convenient. Wide range of food outlets covering food court, fast food to restaurants.Bed is comfortable.The host Mr Saieed is very responsive. Thank you.

The place is a bit dated. Furniture are old. The main sofa sinks, can't sit! Luckily another one is ok.The toilet has a bad smell (stinks)!, probably due to poor ventilation. We mentioned this to the host, hope he can improve on this.

If you are on budget trip, this is the place.. affordable price with good facilities

1. It's very old and furniture and fixture were peeling off.2. Wood furniture were rotting and broken. It was exposed and not mended. Not safe around kids especially.3. Sofa was sunk in.

Poor maintenance and looks run down for a Penthouse premium level. It was not worth paying a premium for a Penthouse standard No netflix, youtube and poor internet connection during our stay. We dont get the wifi through out or stay.

View was spectacular. Room was very spacious, comfy and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Literally near and very accessible to everything. Will definately come back again to stay here. ?

We waited about 30 minutes to get the Hotel card .- When we arrived the room , we noticed the bedsheet is very very dirty . We paid and got this dirty room . It’s very unacceptable. I mean like not even the bed , the table and the punch card “ device also spoiled . Walao weih somemore on that day my family went out to eat dinner and then it’s night time already , we went in to the room , we can’t turn on the light . There is no electricity. We call the staff and told him about there is no light how can we overnight here . We wanted to refund or change another room at least . The staff is Bangala” he keep tell me Okok chill brother I will ask my technician come fix for you , I ask how long ? He said 10 minutes . I removed the time is already 10pm . What the heck ? 10 pm !!! Is like sleeping time . I paid about Rm 400 to get this kind of service ? Then my family waited the technician for about 30 minutes ? . Really cannot acceptable. ITS OVERALL ( 1 OUT OF 10 ratings for me )

The apartment is spacious and clean. We enjoyed to stay for one night there. It is located in a building attached to a shopping mall. Keep in mind the property is private and has nothing to do with the hotel. The host was helping and friendly. The only thing that we did not like was the price they charged us. If the listing shows you 20, you will pay 30 dollars!

The price listed is different that what you will pay. They will put another 50% on top for taxes and fees!
