Very strategic location. Walking distance to shops and tourist spots like Petaling Street and Central Market. Plenty of 24 hrs convenient stores along the block. Easy to get e-hailing services as no traffic jam along the road, also means less noise.

Not so near to commuters. Cleanliness is very poor esp. for the bathroom wall and glass door, floor is a bit sticky, grungy water heater, very limited and local-only tv channels. No customer parking but at least there's a parking lot exactly behind.

The water in the bathroom gets too hot and the floor is slippery.bad quality of toiletries.the ac doesn't function.the room is so small.

I like the location and the accessibility of the hotel.

The room does not have a refrigerator.

The air-conditioning and the remote didn't work well even we requested maintaince team to check on it. We booked for city view but unable to open window. The light in room need to repair on it.Overall, poor facilities and totally disappointed!!

The room was clean but there is a hair on the sink in the bathroom. It would be better they check first before the customer check in.

I did ask for the service of the towels on my second day of my stay but it turned out disappointed after I came back to my room. However, after calling to the receptionist, they did change the towels for me. For me, it would better if they check again and dun simply say already change.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, which was appreciated.

the facilities were below standard. The equipment in the hotel appeared outdated, with noticeable stains and cleanliness issues. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay

The room and hallway were quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The furniture had a layer of dust, the hallway carpets looked unclean, and the ceiling had visible stains, which made the space feel neglected and uncomfortable.

On a positive note, the toilet was very clean and well-maintained. It was clear that extra care was taken with the bathroom hygiene, which was a relief compared to the rest of the room.

The location is near to pudu bus station. This is the only thing which made my stay easier and comfortable.

Totally wasted my money with this hotel. The frint desk indian ladies need to learn on customer service. Room so smelly, room lighting very bad , too dark even on all the lights. Not comfortable at all in this room amd hotel.

We heve booked for 2 rooms, other room booking number: 4557023963, we stayed there as ou our booking, but There service was not good, we booked for room with window but they gave us without window, when I requested for Window then they did not good behaviour with us, they told me, if I want with window room, then I need to payment for other Room new booking,it was not fair and also denied, when I requested TV connection in our room, bath room has no inside lock, no privacy, if stay for 2 person, this is very bad,, after-all no good.

No parking provided, need to search for private parking which the rate is expensive. It state that no smoking in the hotel, but all the way to my room smell of cigarette.

The location was really fabulous, walking distance to the KL triangle,no need to take taxi or grab. Different varieties of foods everywhere ,hotel situated near a hindu temple always crowded with lots of devotees ,a restaurant beside it Ganesha Restaurant serves all kinds of south indian dishes and are open 24/7.

The hotel rooms have very small limited space as wardrobe,the shower and the bathroom accommodates also the toilet and the sink,you have to wait for someone to finish his bath before using the toilet and brushing your teeth.Only one chair available for 3 persons in family room.
