The staff were very helpful and assisted us with any questions or concerns we might have had. The hotel room was satisfactory according to the price we paid. Main point for us was the free parking available for us to park our car while we used public transport or e-hailing cars to move around the city.

The room was very nice, but the bed and the toilet did not meet expectations. The toilet was clean; however, the shower area should have a water heater with a proper handle installed. Not everyone will shower hair. please consider to install the handle. the bed is not comfortable and can see the hole.

Some staff are helpful but some are not. Decent space for a 2 night stay.

Hotel facing main road will be traffic noise all the time. It’s hard for a light sleeper like me to have good rest during my stay. Though tea/coffee is provided in rooms but not seen an electric kettle in room. May need to check the amenities beforehand.

- got mirror broken cover with tape. better to change it. very dangerous for people- air conditional very old and not functioning well- breakfast food got vegetable caterpillar in salad. Please improve well

Location reasonable but let down by very close proximity to the road.Breakfast very poor but again good staff.

The location and free parking is a win. If you wont be in the room much, this is the place for you. Its got even basement parking where you enter using a lift, that was one of a kind and safe considering we are close to Brickfields.

The room doesnt match the price range. You can hear the noise from the highway. Remember the price you pay for is the location, not for the room.

comfortable bed and room, great hospitality from the staff, easy to communicate with staff. Easy to find the room number. the security of the room is excellent for me. The housekeeping is good for me. I will repeat again for the stay.

The hotel is located not too far from KL Sentral, which is recommended if you are to choose a place to stay that is close to KL Sentral. The hotel also provides its own cafe located at the ground floor; the food is nice and appetising; the food's price is reasonable. The beds in the rooms we stayed in are quite comfortable and has a decent view of the city of Kuala Lumpur. The staffs are quite nice and gives good service.

There isn't much flaws to point out, only the TV in our room is not too clear and blurry. Hopefully it can be upgraded to a much better TV in the near future.
