Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade

Friendly staff

Clean, nice pool area.

One pillow was extremely hard. Pool snacks could have been better options

The view from the top is amazing

Location and around area was so bad smell always

George was a great receptionist. We came there after a terible stay at one of the residences that is located around, and he welcomed us great. Breakfast was really good, room was very clean, great amenities. Internet is usually good, and in general I was very happy to switch to Mercure hotel. From now on instead of dealing with private properties I am going to stay at hotels

Pillows weren’t really comfortable in my opinion

Its were very clean hotel And the staff are very kind, they have also provided us with an early check in since we have arrived earlier..

Fantastic variety of breakfast options. Really good location. Helpful team members

Location, staff, value :)

Breakfast spread quality could be better.

The room I stayed in and the building were spotless. The staff members were very friendly. The swimming pool was also clean, and no one else was there. There was a purified water server with hot and room temperatures. A glass water pitcher was in the fridge, so you can make it cold if you wish to do so. These saved some plastic water bottles.

The location was a bit far from the train stations.

Very good locate, close to the china town and street food market

I could heard all the noise of the children's neighbor room, they started to scream around 6am. The Wifi was very bad, they tried to solve but it doesnt work

Great location, pool, room and staff.

Nice and helpful staff. When I got a problem with my door they tried to fix it right away. Spacious room with great view. Great view near the elevators. Great location near restaurants. Nice pool.

They could add more seats in the lobby.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms

Water dispenser.

Breakfast limited choice. Wrong allocation of room keys. Result somebody trying to come into our room.

Good value for money, room was clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable and there was no road noise. Breakfast offered at 50% off and was good value for money. Luggage storage and being able to use the facilities after checking out was fantastic as we had an early evening flight. Free minibar with soft drinks and snacks in the room. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good location, nice pool area and rooftop. Clean

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Joel

Gym and pool should be open longer. By the time you come back from outside everything in the hotel is closed

clean. the check-in and check-out process was smooth. the concierge was very helpful.

i would say the breakfast buffet needs improvement.

The breakfast was good, and the rooftop bar has great views. My bed was comfortable and I liked the hot and cold water filter. The hotel is across the road from a mall with affordable shops.

I ordered an evening meal at the rooftop bar. Both dishes were disappointing.

Great staff and comfortable beds ; eateries and shopping malls close by - will visit again

Staff are polite. Check in and out are easy.

Squeaky sound when opening and closing the wardrobe. Air-conditioning was 18degree when we check in. Could have save rhe power energy.
