The noise from a busy road fronting the entrance, late at night turns into a speedway.

Good location clean but breakfast need improvement . Only Indians not Pakistani Arabic food

The location was extremely convenient, with several malls close by — including Berjaya Times Square right next to the hotel. The monorail was only a five-minute walk away, and popular spots like Jalan Alor, Chinatown, and a few other attractions were all within walking distance. The room also offered a nice view.Our Triple Room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were satisfactory. We were also allowed a late checkout at 1.00 pm, which was very convenient.

The hotel is quite old, and the rooms reflect that dated feel as well.Although the bathrooms were generally clean, there were some visible patches of mold along the edges.The stay felt relatively overpriced compared to similar options nearby, especially considering it was a room-only rate.There was also ongoing construction on our floor (6th), and the smell of paint was slightly inconvenient.”

The hotel is cheap and central. The Metro is 5 seconds away. It's near Berjaya times Square.

There was no city view. The rooms were so small

Breakfast was poor , almost same dishes everyday , no any meat is provided , only eggs and sausages

Hotel a bit old. Needs a renovation. Bathroom definitely needs a lift up. Furniture old and gives a creepy vibe to the hotel. Breakfast was asian type and very limited.. If you cannot eat rice and curry for breakfast, you have only bread and butter as other choice. We ended up eating out for breakfast.

Everything was good except that they don’t have a swimming pool which would have been helpful for such hot and humid weather. Other than that the hotel is in great location, supportive staffs, nice, clean and specious room. It was a great stay.

One of the bell boy was rude. Sam and Smith were good. But there was another one who lacks hospitality. Otherwise, everything was good.

Location, it's near in almost everything. We actually stayed in 2 rooms. We had to transfer to family room which is better and has window but the first room was just very ordinary.

I have been staying at this hotel for several times. Located within just a few minutes walk from major shopping malls and restaurants. The newly opened Bukit Bintang City Centre or Lalaport Mall is just a merely 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Looking forward to staying at this hotel in the future.

The check-in process was smooth but unfortunately upon entering my room i found out that there is no wardrobe and the table glass was cracked. I returned to the lobby to arise the issue and the receptionist offered my to another room yet a bit old but everything was fine especially the air conditioner.

Location is great and can reach many location within minutes.

Room facilities are not up to expectations. e.g. Bathrooms are not pleasant, rooms are old.

Book a room for my family trip for the 2nd time. Their staff always helpful and supportive. I make a request for room number and they got me what I want. Great

Please arrange room zone or level just for visitor with child or infants. Don’t mix their room with another room without child or infant. Little bit noisy. Thank you

Great location in front of a major mall and.near a monorail station. The breakfast buffet surprisingly had a good number of options and was very delicious. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The traffic situation in front of the mall on the weekend was not optimal and in the evenings hardly moved at times.

The hotel was close to the famous area Bukit Bintang. And importantly just opposite to Barjaya square.

Don't go for 12th floor rooms which is the last floor especially during summer. The roof gets heated up despite full Air-conditioning
