The worst hotel

The lady at the reception was not welcoming and she didn’t even get us helped carrying the bags. Limited options for breakfast and we didn’t like it.

Your hotel's location is good, and the room prepared was clean and just nice to stay. Very convenient for any traveler. Your parking and lift linked also easy to find.

Your staff. improper handover between them until they didn't receive information given by customer. Your cafe staff also poor in managing food and customer. Customers should not face any shortage of food issue.

I am very pleased with the service of the hotel receptionist, porters, and kitchen staff.

Overall nice bed, but the parking is a bit tricky and scary ?

Should improve breakfast menu and also the quality, the taste of the food.

Comfortable for the price with buffet breakfast, and location is great, near to everywhere I wanted to go, like TRX, Lalaport and Pavilion.

Unconventional RM100 deposit. Staff can be better and put on a smile, and soundproofing is so so, mine is a connecting room so sound leaks from other rooms playing game till late, also some kind of alarm goes off in the morning, super distracting.

The hygiene of the hotel was extremely poor. The first 3 nights I spent there, they didn’t change any bed linen. I found the toilet area very wet on the day I checked in and I would always find it the way I left it for those days. The bathroom is never cleaned. You could literally see all the soap marks when you get it dry. The corners are all dirty. The last night I checked in,( well I had to go back there because I kept my luggage there when I was going to Singapore and Bali), I arrived late and got all money changer shops closed and I had to pay security fee of 100 ringgit, the receiptionist told me I wouldn’t be allowed in without paying it and this happened after they had charged my card for the room because then they wouldn’t have taken it and allow me go to another hotel instead. I was forced to leave him with 100USD note to allow me in??

I went there at 10:26am for breakfast and I was told I was late so I missed it on the first day. But it was okay for the rest of the days. The location us as well okay

Some of the staff was extremely helpful especially the guys at the desk and the security just one lady at the reception was very unfriendly but the ladies with the head scarves went out of their way to help

The breakfast many times it was served cold and only oranges was served for fruit sometimes watermelon

When i check in.. Already in the room... Another guess from Indonesia was open my door.. Their key also same room no... Scary.. Careless and said because she just finished her shift... Bloody hell

Staff behavior was very non cooperative. Property was good. But room was very conjugated for 2 persons on twin bed

Location was quite good, and it took us not so much time to get to main sightseeing spots. However I didn’t notice that I booked room without a window, so it was not a pleasant surprise. Also we had to look for atm in order to pay a security deposit, as they’d only accept cash or credit card, and no debit card. Breakfast was so so, not big variety of dishes. Staff was very friendly and polite. Room and especially bathroom are a little outdated. Overall, price is great as it includes breakfast. Also room had few international sockets in case if you don’t have socket converter.

Bathroom was a little outdated and had some stains on the floors, and shower cabin was always leaking water a lot. Probably because room didn’t have a window there was a weird smell in the room

cafe for buffet breakfast ...place is empty and also didn't show any blocking area. and we just sit down already take the coffee and bread . suddenly come and talk with us this area is close can you move to other place. FEEL ANGRY( YOU KNOW THAT CHINESE STYLE DONT LIKE SOMEBODY ASK TO MOVE THE PLACE WHEN THEY ALREADY CHOOSE THE PLACE ) . we just finish the coffee and bread and when off .

Overall it was a good stay, except this security guard issue.

There was one of the security guard in the lobby, his name is Chin. He is the MOST RUDEST SECURITY GUARD THAT I HAVE EVER I MET!!! He literally SHOUTED while pointing his finger right to our face! It was quite embarrassing as there were quite a few people around the lobby. Felt like he was being racist towards us. He was literally shouting just because he refused to open the door towards the lobby.?
