Hotel Six Seasons @ Mid Valley

Very helpful and pleasant staff - all our needs were taken care of from chk in to chk out.

No food available - Maybe some basic breakfast options at least will be welcomed.

Severely over priced for the quality, or lack thereof. Older room, old stained carpet in the hallway. Views in the back are of the highway, a garbage dump and a warehouse. Front rooms have bars on the windows - so no really comfortable option. The location is also misleading. Hotel mentions Mid-Valley but it's actually near Old Klang Road - a very different and less dynamic location in KL. Some staff are polite, but the Indian reception clerk needs to learn customer service skills. Better value for the money elsewhere.

The room was very clean,the bed is very comfortable and the sheets was clean and smells goods

Although the park is just front the hotel ,but it’s always full..so don’t came back late night…

Sound proof is poor. It is difficult to sleep during the night as the sound from vehicles on the main road is noticeably noisy

Don't believe the location. It's not in Mid Valley area.

The location is misleading. It's written "Mid Valley" but it's not actually in that area. It's almost 5km away (hald hour drive) from Mid Valley. You must remove the Mid Valley location from the page. I felt like being cheated. And there's no parking. Can only park at the road side and need to wake up 8am to pay parking ticket.

Best location, is my 3rd or 4th time here.

Noise/sound proof insufficient. 1. Window could have a better sealing to reduce noise from outside especially vehicle.2. Door as well, as someone bypass my hotel door could be easily heard by me…super clear conversation?

Traffic on Jalan Klang Lama was heavy at 7.30am on the second day but surprisingly very smooth on the 3rd day of my stay. Ample food choices within walking distance but across the road. Don't worry there's an overhead bridge nearby

A little difficult to find parking spaces during office hours

i liked how the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

what i didnt like is how we had to take the lift to 3rd floor then take the stairs to the next floor.

The parking is easy. Aircond is good. Iron provided in the room. Not bad for 1 night just to rest.

The room is too small. The TV resolution is bad.

Small, comfortable hotel, with easy access to the Pearl shopping centre nearby.

I went there for treatment i can't walk properly,but the Lady Boss and the hotel staff were very friendly,helpful and kind. Sincerely I like to thank the Receptionist,Avatha,for all the help ? ? ?
