Intime Hotel Kuchai Lama Kuala Lumpur

Good location because got many food nearby hotel

Comfortable but no hair dryer, & no hair & body shampoo..need bring ourselves.

Clean And Good Room And nice colour

Paint small quite strong. I was check in during they doing painting Session.

Bare minimum

Iron need to share all customers. Need to go down at loby to iron. Staff call me at midnight to use iron

The location was perfect for attending a conference at the nearby centre. The AC was powerful so I was able to have a cool, nearly chilly, room just as I liked. The staff booked an early morning taxi for me which was very helpful. There were many food options nearby, even under cover of walkways so when it was raining I didn't even get wet going to dinner at the place next door.

The place has its age and condition, fine for the value just don't expect the Ritz! Just minor stuff like there not being hand-soap in the en-suite so I used the body wash (I didn't ask about getting some as I was lazy honestly) and there not being an outlet near the desk with the kettle so I had to place the kettle on the ground to use it. Totally acceptable stuff for a budget stay solo.

Breakfast not provided & location quit okay as car park fully utilize in front of hotel. Near to shopping mall & easy to find restaurant nearby.

Was not a informed that the room has no windows.

The Location for the Hotel is niceDownstairs if convenient store and nearby have many shop lot to hangoutStaff very polite and kind, will help when I facing issue.

There are so many things that I don't likeOutside environment have a lot of rubbish + some small creaturethe lift feel like not securethen when go inside the room, it's kinda smellythe air conditional remote change 3 timesand the light in bathroom also broke

Too smal the room, and expensive for the price... No coffee for breakfast to drink, no toothbrush/toothpaste to use.the towel need to ask the receptionist to give. Unlike other hotels they have all you need..hope got some improvement.

Early Check In Free, need to inform early. Everything is okay. Alex was great Staff n polite

Nothing much but affordable with price

Bad experience and will never go again

Very unclean place, bad environment with smoking smell everywhere and poor maintenance

Very poor

Seriously the room all need to keep clean and at least more bright....it's too dark and yet the toilet as well dark until I need use my phone torch light.....and the room facilities are bad and cleaniness.seriously not acceptable

Nothing. Ok for last minute booking. Not recommended for a long stay.

Musty and the toilet is muddy. Didn't clean at all. Don't have a toilet towel to dry your feet. The smell musty. Not recommended if you have aczema. The surroundings are quite scary and loud cause it is near the club. It's so loud it can disturb your sleep.

location best, everything you need just nearby

Bathroom no hook for my clothes and towels when I want to bath, I book a non smoking room but someone had smoking inside the room because I am breathing sensitive so start coughing non stop second night. Bathroom not clean enough.

Owner was good

Reception staff give me a room that had been used! Because he never check. The room is a little bit messy and the bed and pillow was not really cleaned..The cleaness surrounding was not really good.
