Strategic place - in the middle of KL shopping and entertainment attractions. If you need computer cafe, its available in few steps of walking and so will convenient stores.Commuter and transit services are nearby.Friendly and helpful staffs.

Improve cleanliness & hygiene - Visible insects crawling around the room.Room 113 bathroom water leakage - Water leaks after shower due to loose divider panel and rust. Clean the visible mould around it also.The shared microwave oven has seen better days. Should replace it.No basic toiletries.

Good place easy walk in to the shopping mall and good service very comfortable and counter very friendly i like it much 100%

i like it because it's so cheap and good for travels this your place and very comfortable and your room very clean everything is okay and nice place

i don't like it about your receptation your counter start 9am untill 9pm but im already check out nobody here on counter to pass a key

Very affordable price, especially in emergency COVID-19 pandemic situation when our flight suddemly cancelled during the Malaysia Lockdown regulation period.

Room need improvement a lot, even low budget can be better .

Location was good and everything was easily accessible. There were street performances till late night. Worth the money.

There were no basic utilities provided with the room like towel, shower gel etc.

Staffs are very friendly and good in English. Their manager is Filipino which is very fluent in English also and was very kind and accommodating. The location is very excellent. Near the monorail station, klcc, pavilion and many affordable malls.

I can hear the noise outside .

They didn't give the room I booked they given to some1else.Room was 85 and 20 etc charge None care ntn I duno breakfast was included in my stay ntn no water to drink it was so down Bathroom mess There are people walking all day night puting dam songs middle of night louder.I think worst nightmares .

Location, staff

Initially the room allocated was smelly but staff immediately helps and moved to a cleaner room

The Guesthouse staffs are friendly and helpful.

The room is so uncomfortable, at first it look clean but many bugs. Those bugs bite me and my friends till it hard to fell asleep.No toiletries, towels and the shared bathroom is dirty.

all of the staff try their best to make me comfortable even though it's not working. right attitude

room was disgusting which it's "equipped" with 3 generation of bed bugs + can't sleep at all plus all property poor in class. it doesn't looks like through advertised. fake photos attached

I think they have not enough facilities. Where i have to ask for towels and the room smells bad also. Sorry. Wont repeat.

Staff are so patient and very polite.

I never sleep whole night maybe I sleep in morning 2 or three hours. There is insect biting all over my body. And my son also cannot sleep I guard him all night. The bed and Dunlop and pillow was so old, I ask someone bring me pillow and I use it. The room is not really small but very old. I can fall down from the bed. And smell was terrible. I was really regret. I spent 47 ringgit a night because I check in early a little bit and plus tourist tax. Even free I won't stay if I know before. But the staff was so helpful and polite especially day shift Pakistan guy I guess he is realy nice thank u very much he also change room for me but as the room is old the facility is old. And maybe because I live in a good house or not I don't know I feel like I'm in jail one night I stay there. I was with my one year son I'm very tired and I just check in there. If only a single men is ok no problem. But I don't advice to lady especially who have baby u will cry secretly. But the location was so good maybe a bit noisy but u can walk from there everywhere like twin towers pavilion time square sungei Wang and Jalan alor Street is so near. And changkat is so near. Its OK for bag paker.

Overall was okay. Cheap Hotel.

I think The staffs should Be more Friendly especially The malay Lady at The reception Counter. Put some Smile, Wont make You lose Anything
