The hotel doesn’t have a direct reception it requires internet and a sms card to contact the staff talking about the staff they were quite unfriendly and very aggressively rude telling me the bunch of rules that were common rules aside from the fact that they took a huge deposit that wasn’t mentioned on booking which I obviously wasn’t prepared for

The staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and courteous. A huge thank you to each and every one of them.A water dispenser with both hot and cold water is available in the hallway, and there's even a kettle in the room, which I really appreciated.The bedsheets were clean.Right next to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants serving delicious Malay food, offering affordable meal options.

1. There are five stray dogs living next to the hotel. Although they usually sleep under cars during the day, they become active at night and bark at passersby. As a result, it’s not safe to walk around after dark. I hope the hotel will work with DBKL to address the stray dog issue.2. During my 5-night stay, I was never able to use their Wi-Fi. The connection is available, but the data transfer is very poor. I tested the network and found that the download speed was only 1.2 Mbps, with a ping of 247 ms.

Keep it as your last choice

Staff attitude, the receptionist gave me a wrongly programmed key and when I went up and figured my door doesn't open I called from mobile asking to send me a valid key with someone his only answer was: come down back here again with all your stuff so I can fix my mistake!also when I asked for an extra towel they said you pay additional 5 RM per extra towel per night!also the near opposite me kept playing loud music all night and no one cared to stop them until I woke up with a headache in the morning and complained (I had to repeat my complain twice to get some action from the receptionist).

Good experience

Internet,room WiFi was not working but we manage it,at the reception WiFi available on ground floor we 've to left our room and at the reception AIr conditioner timing all so when off AC,mosquito 'll come and bite us.

1. My room on the 1st floor, I prefer groud2. Staff, during my check in on Wednesday afternoon not friendly3. Not many stalls and shops nearby4. Dogs..5. The charges showed in booking.com is not what we have to pay during check in

I like the locations. Many parking lot, quite during the weekend, valuable, got restaurant nearby and shopping mall. Very easy to book.

The pillow a bit big

This is 2nd time i come. Totally improve from previous time. Got new wall paint. very clean

Location is good and parking have no issue.

I dislike the room which without window, this is not the problem from the hotel. I should book with window.

Disappointing

The name is deceptive. It claims to be at Mid Valley though its far from mid valley.In reality the name doesn't carry "@MidValley" either, but "@OKR" so the ad in booking.com is grossly misleading.Bed and pillows are a disappointment.

Poor and passable.Dont believe the original price indicated before discount is correct at all.

Have to request for toilet rolls (the exixting toilet roll in the toilet is only left with 10%) and additional towel. Floor very dusty. No shower curtains installed, no floor mat in the toilet, moldy in the toilet/shower room. Water leaking under the wash basin.

The room and bed was good. My family got 4 adult 1 child. Very comfortable. Will stay there again if i go to klang.

Can't say more about this cheap accomodation.. it's ok if just for sleep but not for joy..

Small room, low water pressure, toilet not hygiene, just have tv, aircond, kettle, amirror and a small desk. Far away from the city centre..

Very satisfied with the water dispenser.The environment is clean, quite and comfortable.
