- It was perfect, friendly staff and a high level of service!
- Despite experiencing some confusion over the location of the specific airport hotel we were booked in, the hotel was kind and compassionate enough to accommodate us in a very comfortable room that was worth considerably more than what we actually paid.
Cons -
- Nothing was not to like.
- Nothing at all!
- The directions to our specific hotel could have been clearer, as there are two separate terminals at KL airport and what we understood to be the location of our transit hotel. The airport could have better signage in that regard

Despite experiencing some confusion over the location of the specific airport hotel we were booked in, the hotel was kind and compassionate enough to accommodate us in a very comfortable room that was worth considerably more than what we actually paid.

Did not realise there are two hotel same name and the one booked situated in the departure and was unable to access until fully checked in luggage which allowed only 1-hour usage. The staff also did not make any wake up call as promised!

1. Our transit hotel is exclusively for guests in transit or departing on international flights from KLIA Terminal 1.br2. For transit travellers, please ensure your baggage is checked through to your final destination, as the baggage claim area is located after customs and immigration. Please note, staying with us means you won't have access to your checked-in luggage.br3. If you are on transit, please do not clear immigration. Head straight to our hotel within the Satellite Building next to boarding Gate C05.br4. For international guests arriving and planning to stay with us, please proceed to the hotel for check-in. Upon check-out, you can retrieve your luggage from our Lost and Found department after completing immigration clearance.br5. KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2 are not interconnected. For guests connecting from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, exit immigration and board the KLIA Express Train to Terminal 1 (train operation from start from 0500 and end at 0100). Alternatively, to opt for Airport Taxi or Grab. Ensure your luggage is checked at Level 5, proceed through immigration, present your flight boarding pass, and access the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 1.br6. For guests departing at KLIA Terminal 1, airline check-in counters typically open 4 and 12 hours before departure, subject to airlines operation. Entry to airside to access our hotel is only permitted if your airline offers early check-in.br7. Please have your boarding pass for the next flight ready upon check-in. br/ Guests are required to produce the boarding pass of their next flight upon check-in. br/ Please be aware that the KLIA and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. br/ Please do not clear immigration, as the property is located within the satellite building of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport gate C-5. br/ Please ensure you had check through your baggage to your next destination due to your check-in baggage cannot be collected at this area. br/ This property is only for international flight transit passenger. Guest with the connecting flight from Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) or domestic are required to check in their baggage and present next flight boarding pass (international only) before allowed to enter Satellite Building KLIA. br/ When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
