The staff is arrogant n doest have manners to talk. Talk loud in the hall way. At 11 am they will come and ask whether you want checkout or no.

I was booked room after 3 months ago and pay when i come hotel but when i come to check in at 22pm the staff said that my booking was canceled because I didn’t pay until 21pm

What I liked about this hotel was, first of all, the location. It was very convenient and close to public transportation, which made it easy to move around. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff, who were kind and polite. Their attitude added a positive touch to my stay.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the check-in procedure. The lady who received me couldn’t find my name at first, even though it was clearly mentioned in my reservation letter. She finally accepted my booking, but only after some difficulty. Moreover, she asked me to pay for the entire stay upfront, without even allowing me to see the room. Normally, she could have requested payment for just one or two nights first. I even asked to pay for one or two nights, but she refused. She didn’t let me see the room before paying, which I found very unreasonable. Imagine if the room had turned out to be terrible—I would have already paid for the whole stay and couldn’t change hotels. That’s what I really didn’t like.In addition, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It was catastrophic, very monotonous, and not a buffet. The portions were extremely insufficient for a proper breakfast, and it was not rich at all. There were no drinks (no juice, no water), no fruits, and really nothing worth mentioning.

Access to Sentral Bus station and shopping mall@Nu Sentral. Indians food are everywhere, walk distance to the famous Peter noodles stall.

While we were no in the room, hse keeping were entered collect towels and not replace until we request another.

i like shower room the waterhitter is very nice and hot, the bed is comfortable, if can please add 2 pillow on bed becouse the two pillow is very soft i sleep my neck got hurt i suggest add a slightly firmer pillow so that guests can sleep comfortably

the wifi very slow and sometime lag and loading after i using, the tv have 2 channel only that only tamil movie i dont understand if i watch no have any channel i turn off the tv kind are bored please add more channel to give guest watching tv can choose what movie they're want to watch

Easy access to public transport and double king size beds that suit my family!

The room is not soundproof.. we can hear people voices from other room.

Metro hotel has only great location, but the rooms are too small and there was no refrigrator in the room.

No frige and no first aid kit in the hotel.

Checked out @ 3:00am, India flight 6:00am. Couldn’t pay Grab with card. Night clerk tried his card, didn’t work. He called a friend, his worked, we gave the night clerk payment. It was very close, but we made our flight just in time. The night clerk needs a raise and promotion! Thank you so very much.

location is strategic, eateries are everywhere within the proximity, public transport (MRT, LRT, Monorail, KTM) are within walking distance. Hotel is always clean. Comfortable enough.

Booked 2 rooms. The aircond in room no.203 probably needs to be serviced beforehand, called housekeeping for help to see if i set the remote setting wrongly, unfortunately the aircond was still not cool enough. other than that, we have no problem.

Very bad quality WiFi connection at level six. I was unable to connect WiFi with my iPhone.

Location & general staff (but Lady manager very rude).

Poor maintenance, damaged bathroom door, Intercom took 3 days to repair, dirty chair.
