Kingston Hotel 3 @ Kuala Lumpur

 the concierge, was over the top. So helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very cool as was the rest of the hotel. Great coffee and breakfast. I dont know what else to say. Hotel Maison Boutique was a wonderful experience.

We stayed 3 nights. Great room and good breakfast. Good location near Berjaya Times Square and monorail. Staff were really helpful

Not easy to find!

This hotel felt like a scam. I really don’t understand how it’s rated as a 3-star hotel.The room was not clean and poorly maintained, and there was almost no sound insulation — you can hear everything from the next room.The photos online don’t match the reality at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter how cheap it is.

Theme room was nice. Got bathtub. Cleanliness is nice. Service was fast. Aircond really cold meaning it service regularly

Location around is hard to find parking . Not much selection of breakfast but at the price, should be okay.

Its just okey by facilities. The locations is not fair. Google doesn’t understand easily where is the facilty. They have other facilities in same name. So its confusing. But the boys who attend you are so cooperative and energetic . I give them good marks. Though the say its rooms are thematic it does not match the word exactly

Somewhat ok

The best thing about this hotel is the peace it serves us. Very quite. Accessible for handicapped too. Except for duplex. I really recommend this hotel.room is very nice, clean and tidy.housekeeping and receptionist very helpful.breakfast serves as a buffet. very nice breakfast.and location is a bit hidden between berjaya times square mall and also lalaport mall.

I love everything that this hotel can provide us.

It’s not a "boutique hotel", this place is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed. A lot of ants everywhere, screams at night from the next rooms and poor breakfast. Staff is polite but this place is not the best option for this money.

Room was large.

Poor service. You must request for housekeeping for it to be carried out, there was no signage informing guests of this. Only found out when I came back and my room was not made. The staff service is extremely poor, made a simple request for toilet paper at night but was told I could only be provided with it the next day. Quite ridiculous because even the next day they never provided me with the requested toilet paper. Can't even provide basic amenities. Rooms were old and run down, the lights buzzed and were hanging loosely. More like a 1 star motel than a 3 star hotel. Please avoid.

We changed the room a few times and yet the last room A bit spacious

We checked in around 5pm and were given the room card by an Indian guy and they gave us a dirty room!!!..He asked us to wait for at least 15mins so that the housekeeper would clean it up immediately..then we went back to the same room and found that the toilet floor was so so sticky, no TV channels and no hot water at all even there were no one answering our call at the reception!!!!!!!!!!!. Ended up going back to the guy and asked him to change the room and yet he did..went to our second room was the same except there was hot water but no TV channels and again no one was answering our calls at the reception!!!!!!!!.. perhaps he want us to come to the reception itself and met him. Immediately we went down n asked him to change the room or refund us back. With an arrogant attitude he just asked us to read the cancellation policy and he kept quiet he never even offered himself to us to solve our problem till I asked him to change and give us a room without any problem! We went to the last room, it was ok we "liked" the room EXCEPT THERE WERE NO TV CHANNELS AT ALL and we went up to the room at 7pm!!!!!!!! With superb tiredness from travelling I ended up sleeping and checked out as early as 6.40am on the next day because we felt like we paid for nothing!!!!! We will never ever come back again!!!!!!!! PS : he never gave us a deposit receipt after we paid RM50.

The restaurant's food is still very good though the breakfast is very basic.Comfy bed.

The location is quite shady at night.Used to be very good back in the days but now it seems to have been neglected. Not well maintained over the years.

The front deck receptionist whose name Alif has been very helpful and friendly.

It was very cheap. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They had a speaker in the ceiling outside my room door that played music 24/7It was so annoying being kept awake by music including the snowman song ?I have never ever had a hotel playing music constantly. Bizarre to say the least.

Good staff, clean & unique room

Very nice and comfortable hotel to stay but a bit far from the mall if by walk. The staff is very friendly.. surely gonna stay here again

I like the spacious room. The hotel is also located near with many shops. Plus, it's easy to go out by foot.

The room has a bit of the smell of cigarette smoke. I recommend to use e-hailing service at night because it's very dark.

Love the theme, the room size, the tub and bathroom. It's close to the LRT station too, you just need to know the shortcut. The parking is quite easy to find around the building despite having no secured private or public parking.

Not dislike, just a bit of reminder...Cannot choose the theme, we arrived late at night and had to stay at whatever theme room that was left, which was the car theme. Maybe we could have chosen the room earlier...The way to the LRT is a bit edgy at night, and you have to go inside the Berjaya Theme Square to get to the LRT station. So it's better to explore in the morning rather than at night.

The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was nice.It's a good budget location to go to Lalaport at walking distance.

The cabinet needs work or a replacement. It smelt musty and it has no knobs on the drawer. The chair looked nice but it was in a bad condition. The bathroom door was not even balanced to lock it, if i were a lone traveler it might be fine. The blue light on the ceiling is blinding for me.The hairdryer had dust bunnies in it.We were not informed that if we wanted to have the room cleaned, we should inform the reception. Then what was the "make-up the room" button for?

Dirty. I arrived 1 hour early and my room was ready......but they wanted to charge me 50 ringgit to check in 1 hour early. When I did finally checkin there was a fresh wet stain on the sheets
