Amazing staff, very helpful, clean room with power shower

Whole hotel needed airing out, bathroom was a glass box in the room - fortunately with frosted glass

Position is great, close to food places, attractions and market.

Windowless rooms are smelly. I stayed in three different rooms. They all had dirty sheets. The rooms are dusty, for someone who suffers from allergy like it’s, it’s big deal.

room with window values for money. staff shows caring and very pleasant attitude. location excellent: walking distance from Metro and China Town - people can have night life and lots of choice of food courts, stalls, restaurants, close to the city centre.

Location is great. Staff is very good. Room is comfortable and clean. No breakfast was bought because food is readily available outside next door.

The front desk staff was nice. The bathrooms are really run down and doors dont open properly. The wifi sometimes is slow and spotty. But the main issue was the cleaning the sheets the cleaners were really lazy so its not a serious issue there should be no hair and change your linens for new travellers to the hotel. The only reason why they got a good review is the staff at the front is incredibly respectful nice and kind and the bed is comfortable in the hotel i give it 3.5/5 respectfully.

Location is wonderful! Super close to major attractions and area is quite walkable but maybe proceed with some caution at night. My room had a view of the river and city landmarks which I liked. There are buses in front but I didn't figure out where they went. Rail stations a short walk away. There are affordable places to eat around Central Market which is just behind the hotel. There are also money changers and banks around. 24h convenience store and 711 on adjacent street. Staff are really friendly. Very responsive to my requests and inquiries. Room may be a bit modest, nothing fancy, but comfortable for me especially the soft pillows and comforter.

One towel I was given had a little bit of a weird smell after getting wet. Not a lot of body wash and shampoo in the room but you can request this from the front desk. No hand soap, but this is also minor.

Location of this hotel is most factor that I like. Situated at the center of the city and easy access to many places. I went for working purposes with my colleague and it was great to have a stay at this hotel. Food are always available at the surroundings. Breakfast buffet are also available at the hotel's cafe with affordable price.

The only thing that gave difficulty was parking spaces. The nearest parking lot is at the Central Market, still within walking distance but a bit far and tiring especially u were with lots of luggage. The rest are ok and great except for the toilet wall which was not really clean and a bit weird to have toilet/bathroom just next to your bed, separated by a glass wall only. hahaha.. Also please upgrade your tv channels.

View was amazing. Hotel staff was super nice and cooperative. Room was clean and comfortable. We recommend it for family and we would love to come again.

Not sure what’s with the negative comments - I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly. The location is amazing, right next to Central Market and in walking distance to several MRT/LRT stations. The room was a standard hotel room, we asked for a window so that was good and had a nice enough view. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were so soft too! Free water in the lobby as well

The bathroom was a bit weird because it’s glass so you want to be comfortable with whoever you’re sharing a room with haha. It also got everything really wet but that’s pretty normal for a wet room in Asia.

Check in process and extended hours. The Front Desk staff Ms Ann helped to check me in 2 hours earlier than the scheduled guest check in time since the room was available. She also explained clearly on the charges if I needed to extend for a few more hours. Other than being very helpful, she's friendly, and always has a smile for all the guests - GREAT staff to have!!!

The shower hose in the bathroom is leaking and spraying water everywhere - need to replace.

The location is very good! It is around Sultan Abdul Samad building as the main tourist attraction and Masjed Jamek as well. Around 10 minutes walking from Masjid Jamek station.

The smell of room a bit damp, maybe because the air circulation is not that good. the corner of the room is still dirty and dusty.
