During this long trip, their iron is cleaner and safer than the other hotels i went to for the past 6 days.Suitable for one night stay only.
The room has no safety lock.The lift was not working during my stay.Must answer a form with Questionnaires like youre doing an exam - never, none of the hotels i went to ever ask me to do this ever since i started travel again since last August. And worst the person in the front desk made me do the corrections when my way of answering it didnt satisfy him.Busy area with no place to park your car nearby.

Tv location not suitable . Lamp from toilet thru to bedroom..must frosted wall to ceiling height or lowered down lamp at toilet.
Easy to get food ...nasi lemak stall just down there started at 5am..very nice. Restarunt snd cafe all around the hotel. That' s l love most.

Location is good, nearby Mamak shop, KK Mart and banks. Quite an area at night and able to get parking in front of the hotel. Parking fee is applicable according to the local DBKL time rules and payment is done by the e-wallet system.
The pillow in the unit we get needs to change as it puts your spine in an unnatural posture and strains your joints and muscles. Hope the hotel management will check on this matter. Apart from this, everything is fine.
Hotel's location is very easy to access bcoz near the town and easy to find food

Airconditioner in my room was not too cold. House keeping should make sure that facilities are complete after cleaning the room. My room had only 1 mug then.
the location is good near to my work destination & room is comfy enough for two of us.
maybe to have an electric kettle in room instead of the outside water heater for hot water.

There are lots of shops and restaurant around the hotel. The room are what you can get at a budget hotel and is okayish with the price that i pay.
The lift is a little bit scary.
Near to every facilities and easy to find place to eat
The space for family room a bit small and limited to move around especially to find place to perform prayer
