Please upgrade your room. It smells like dust. The only thing that is okay is aircond. Thats all. Tv is not functioning at all. I am not satisfied for paying rm88 per night to get a dirty room! Please upgrade. Thanks.

It wasnt a planned stay night up here. And the location was as I expected to be closer to my house here to prepare accommodation for my family visiting me.

The room atmosphere had burned plastic smell and the bathroom were not a private space because the window is too large to an extend people from opposite building will give starngera readily peek into( design flaw). Not worth of spending even if it small amount.

Air Cond requires servicing, No Cable TV.

Services need to be more efficient eapecially staff at counter hv to be more helpful .especially on choising room suitable abd cannot simply give for person that extended the stay.. we prefer the room and hv to wait for the extended.. its not cool.Tv signal always problem.. kettle and iron also que to used..

I love the adjustable tabletop and the sink area was spacious enough to put your little stuff. Additional point, this hotel got the hang-clothes area which is not provided or very limited at the most budget hotel. Nice aunty cleaner.

it is exactly big different with the photos displayed. The brightness of the room is poor due to some light not working. Poor cleanliness.. Got stain on the bedsheet too... The sound insulation of the room is not good, I can hear voices from outside ... I booked for 2 nights but i choose to checked out after 1 night stay. will not have next try...it is too bad.

there is bar open until am and its noisy. music sounds like live one in hotel. we complain and the receptionist said nothing to do with it.

Hotel staff requested me to cancel the on line booking. He said all the rooms are fully booked.

Not worthy for the price

The family room is separated by partition from another family room. There is no sound proof. You can easily hear the sound from the another room. The room space is very small. Everything looks old. The staffs do not smile at all.
