Location was good.

No wifi.No hand towels.TV was not working.If you want just sleep for one night, the location is good.

The staff was friendly and understanding. The place is also within 5 min walk to Nu Sentral

Not sure if it's the detergent they use but I have sensitive skin so my eczema would flare up now and then

We reach abt 8.30pm the staff so rude and inform our room given to others..

- Staffs are friendly and super attentive Experience from 2-person room at 1st floor- Superior king-size bed is super comfy- Clean room, bed and floor- 8-10 min walk from KL Sentral to the hotel- Mamak stall available besides hotel- Water temperature and pressure is good- Like their hand soap.- Very quiet

- No reserved parking, hard to find around the area.- Very jam at night, suggest to walk if possible Experience from 2-person room at 1st floor- Bathroom sliding door is stuck on one side and hang at another- 2 out of 3 plugs cannot use- Hair dryer not functioning and need a change.- Cupboard very old and in usable condition

Comfortable bed

room was a complete disaster in terms of cleanliness. I repeatedly requested a room change and was just told they had to ask the manager and had to ask again daily. Eventually gave up. Staff were nice but ineffective.

Nothing. But their future Cafe) coffee house on roof top, and massage spa at ground floor should be an excellent addition.

All acceptable, it's just that their AC was slow, and no hot shower

Nothing is good.. When I showed at the hotel around 5pm they said hotel has no rooms although I had a confirmation via booking.comThe hotel even sent me a confirmation and a message saying see you soon But when i went there they said no rooms were availableStaff were not polite and very iun professional

The staff serve while check in is nice and friendly.

The toilet inside the room is smelly and stink and also the budget for the room is not worth to stay in that area.

I've booked a queen bed room with window - despite that the room is smelly - bau hapak and takde proper air ventilation, it felt stuffy. The room is quite small though, the bathroom just beside the bed so there's additional smell also. The aircond takes time to function and when it does get cold, there's water dripping, habis my stuff get wet, it was not properly maintained. We were transferred to a better room after that.

Excellent location with everything within reach, friendly staff and prompt in service, overall a sure try place when visiting KL. Thank you .

Very close to KL sentral. Room was very good, the only thing that missed was slippery. Helpful stuff

The location, surrounding feels safe, kind staff and people. Hot and cold shower/faucet, feels really nice after a long day exploring outside. Comfortable beddings.

A bit dusty but comfort makes up for it.

I arrived mid night, found no hot water in shower, didn't bother so had cold water shower and went to bed. next morning talked to staff, 1 lady tried back and forth, eventually said there's a switch on wall (together with light switches) for shower. but no label at all, never expected to burn water just before shower...the lady herself also just found out after a few tries...ok, I turned on the switch and waited for 30 mins, had shower for 2 mins then water turned cold again...things are not properly labeled/reminded and staff not trained properly. they never offered me to have shower in another room. and a few other small unpleasant things. anyway, had 2 cold water showers, not comfortable.

The location of the Hotel is at the center of City. You can go any place from there and is affordable even by Taxi.

Front staff was very friendly. If not mistaken,his name was rivindu.

My room have several cockroach.

So clean, big, great value for money, there is a restaurant and bar downstairs with local and Western style dishes. Interesting area with many Hindu temples and Indian/ Pakistani restaurants and only a few minutes walk from a big shopping centre with the best coffee and Chinese/ Malaysian food, currency exchange, and everything you can think of. Only about 20 minutes walk to the Muslim Museum and the Botanical Gardens which was so amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I wished I had stayed there longer rather than going to the more expensive and grubby apartments by the towers.

Got lost walking back from the bus station (just 15 minutes walk from the hotel) one night after going into town. I was using Google Maps, but the motorways are so windy and easy to get lost on. You walk to the bus station easily, but I would advise downloading Grab on your phone and getting a taxi back.

One of my favorite hotel. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Everything was well taken care of, and I felt welcomed throughout my time there.I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future.Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
