Everything perfect location superior quality could not fault the apartment

We had a tremendous stay at Lanson Place. The staff showed incredible professionalism and customer service before, during, and after our stay, and supported requests beyond what we needed at the apartment. The facilities themselves are very clean and safe. It was the perfect setup for our large family as we booked 2 x 3 bedroom residencies.

Enormous size of the apartment, calm design, the bed was comfortable and nice linen. Washer and dryer was a big plus, fully equipped kitchen. It’s a bit pricey, but perfect

Location, services and comfort

Furniture not old but i guess need to replaced or cleaned up more

Walking distance to malls and restaurants, very safe neighborhood, excellent and timely shuttle bus to mall and Patronas Towers

Spacious rooms, big pool and nice location.

TV is useless, the facilities are quite old and need renovation.

Quite and the swimming pool

The pillow are big and not comfortable.There is bad smile in the bathrooms.The stuff suppose to be more friendly and they have to smile with the guest.( they are giving the feeling that we are here to do our work only)

The location is amazing and the 1 bed apartment is spacious with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool is great for adults and kids.

Nothing I didn’t like

The stay was great, its quiet, clean, easily walkable to transit, restaurants, cafes , safe, and the team was helpful with whatever I needed.

It was a perfect stay, no complaints

The location was satisfactory, and the customer service was excellent. Upon contacting the front desk regarding a restroom door malfunction, a technician was promptly dispatched to resolve the issue.Securities were friendly and attentive.There's only 3 units per floor. Love the privacy.

The apartment was indeed spacious and fully furnished. However, the guest restroom unfortunately had an unpleasant odor, and the door was not functioning properly. We were unable to open the door, but thankfully, our children were not locked inside.

Beautiful views, complete, well furnished unit including washing machine and dryer. Stayed for 1 week needed them. Will return again InshaAllah.

TV is not upto date. They are not smart TV,s. Also positioning of sofa and TV are not comfortable. Sofa and TV are 90 degrees to each other. Also need more variety in Breakfast.

•The apartment was spacious and suitable for a group, which was ideal for our 12-day stay.•The location was convenient, and the apartment layout was generally comfortable for a large family.

Despite our extended stay, the property refused to allow a late check-out, which was disappointing.•We were a group of 6 people in the largest apartment, yet they refused to provide enough towels. They insisted on returning used towels before giving replacements, which is inconvenient—especially in Malaysia’s hot weather where we needed to shower twice daily.•Much of the furniture was broken or in poor condition, and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, making the stay uncomfortable.•The curtains were damaged and not functioning well.•A deposit of 1000 was taken at check-in, and there’s a risk of being charged for already broken items. I strongly recommend taking photos of everything upon arrival to avoid disputes.

Excellent. Comfortable, friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced.

Location is great. Reception staff are friendly and fast. The apt has a great spacious layout with awesome views. The only issue is the sound proofing between apartments is not very good.

Many shopping malls are within walking distance

Pillows too soft me. Washing machine and dryer out dated.

Amazing and spacious apartment. Full 5 star hotel level service, with 24h reception, daily housekeeping.The residence had a nice kitchen, bathrooms, and pool facilities. Extremely friendly staff.

The light in the kitchen kept flickering even after it was meant to be fixed.
