Great buffet breakfast.

The street crossing to get to hotel or onto the other side of the road is challenging as pedestrian cross walk switch is broken on the hotel side.

Great breakfast .

Rooms need proper deep cleaning ? and the smell of rooms need to be looked into as a chemical odor is quite strong

Recently renovated.. Great choice of food at breakfast..Room was clean and comfy..

Location was Excellent, Room View Very Nice and Cleanness as well

Room was perfect. Comfy bed. Great shower. Hotel was under renovations so was a little hard to find entrance. Staff were brilliant and helpful. We booked for the pool, and were unsure if we could access it. Received conflicting info on this. So that was only drawback.

Access caused by renovations.

Property is decent in comparison to the price for the room

In going renovations made it difficult to find the alternative entrance . Also it was difficult for grab to find the entrance behind the main hotel

Clean

There was a renovation , lobby was closed, swimming pool closed and we did not informed only after check in .

Location is good, but the hotel is under renovation so cannot use pool or any facilities. Check-in front desk was also difficult to find because they've moved due to the renovation. My grab driver had difficulty finding the new location to enter the hotel. The Grab driver drove me to Swiss Residences instead and I had to ask the security officer to direct me to Swiss Hotel.

Had to do a slightly longer walk, since now has to go by the back street to enter the hotel. Would advise those who wish to stay at this hotel to do so after they finished their renovation.

The location

Some rooms had sewage smell, on my last day we did not have any internet connection. I contacted the lobby they said it was due to weather and coverage. But the coverage was good. They cut of electricity so we had to leave the hotel. About the breakfast. The egg station, the egg man overcooked the eggs even though we tell not to

Great location. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The room is clean and the breakfast has a lot of choice.The view from the cafe rooftop is also Super Nice.

So far I don't have

The property is currently under construction, ideally it should be shut down during this period. This not ideal to keep people in a construction environment with dust. Any guest with lungs issues or breathing issues like asthma will certainly have difficulty.The experience with Booking.com was equally awful as they quickly distant themselves from the issue asking us to contact the hotel. That’s a shame as our contract was with Booking.com. This is some form of sharp practise that should be addressed. Booking.com can not absorb itself from all responsibility when bookings go wrong.

We did not pay to be housed in a construction site with ample level of dust.

Good location Excellent BreakfastRooms were clean and comfortable

Very strict on check in and check out time.Started construction work while we staying with extremely poor management of handling guest. The main lobby was closed due to construction work so the guest need to use door from back alley. I arrived on hotel around 6am, instead of helping me they charged me extra full day rent - That was extremely disgusting and helpless situation with family and children. Lost one dress while changing over room. Requested hotel staff to find our dress with no support or serious effort in finding it.

Location wise it is perfect.Near to lalport mall. near to jalan alor food street.

Staff are very rude. Because of the renovation we had difficulties searching for the entrance. He had to walk all the way to backside of the building with baggage, todler and all.

I booked a 3-night stay for my family, including children. On the second day, the hotel closed the main lobby and forced guests to use the side entrance, which caused many inconveniences. In addition, a large-scale event occupied the children’s pool. This should have been communicated to guests in advance so we could make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this seriously affected our family’s vacation experience.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, within walking distance of both Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. The front desk staff are exceptionally polite, helpful, and responsive.

So far. Everything is good.

1) The room that I have has a couch which could turn into a bed2) The bathroom water will not spill outside the bathroom after using it

1) I booked to room through Booking.com indicating for one person, and I was surprised that the hotel strictly limited to one breakfast, not 2 breakfast, though the price for the room is the same for the booking of one or two persons!2) My experience with the hotel bookings in Malaysia & Thailand through Booking.com, once we book the hotel room that come with breakfast, invariably, they always provide 2 breakfasts irrespective whether we indicated the room is for one or 2 persons!

Good location close to transit and night life. Malls nearby. Big hotel with bus groups. Small pool and gym. Food was good in the hotel restaurant. Wifi was good. My room had a view but most faced another building.

Some guests were rude and noisy but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Location good But hotel old bad service

The hotel location was awesome, near all the major attractions. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and modern. The breakfast was good and had a diverse selection of Indian, Malaysian, Chinese, and small selection of European foods.

The only downside was that there was no hot water for showering. In the 4 days we were there I had maybe one warm shower.
