The staff are all very friendly. Local food is just walking distance and lots of different shops around.!

I feel that the ground floor and the lifts should be air conditioned as well!

Room next to the high way, can hear vehicles noises at night even windows are double gazed. Ear plugs given but cannot sleep with it.

One of my favourite hotels. Got a free upgrade. Had a good rest over the weekend. Good facilities and sufficient amenities in the room. So comfortable and spacious, super clean and you can basically live there for days or even weeks.

The noises from the street. Sound proofing is not so good. The TV is terrible with blurry telecast.

I was a bit disappointed with the sofa bed.Initially tot they would add Atleast a thin mattress on top of the sofa bed but they just use a normal bedsheet to cover it.So it’s not comfortable at all.But they did give a thick comfortable and one pillow

Well this my second time staying here, staff are truly excellent. I actually reached early and ask if I can do an early check-in. the staff informed me that the room are not ready yet, I told them please give me a call when its ready and went out for lunch. while waiting for my food they actually called and inform me that my room is ready not even 30minutes of waiting. to a gentleman and 2 ladies who are working on 4th of October 2025 in between 1230-2pm...u guys are the best.

The location is strategic. Just 3-4 km to INTAN Bukit Kiara. Very near to halal food hot spot. The room is clean and the facility is complete: microwave and fridge.

Sometimes wifi connection is quite bad at nite.

overall everything was fine

the hairdryer was not working properly but problem solved once the staff replace with new hairdryer

The best hotel apartment I‘ve ever been! The staffs are nice, the room service is daily, also they provided us with a bottle of water in their bag daily! We got extra coffees and toiletries during our stay. Swimming pool has a view facing KLCC, KL Tower and Merdeka 118 from far. Supermarkets and kedai mamak are just a few minutes away by foot.The only sad thing js only the sound of cars passing by. You can hear the sound loudly. But the hotel did provided us with earplugs . But that’s not a big problem.Will definitely staying here again in the future! Please keep up the great service ???

Location. A stone throw away from amenities, eateries, bar, pubs and even a fuel station. This establishment is suited for travellers who rented a car like myself because guest parking lots in the basement are allocated close to lifts. Studio apartment type room with ample furnishing for laptop use.

very convenient for the parking. comfortable and nice staff greet us upon check in. Free upgrade to King bed room. Very recommended. Gonna repeat again soon once Im come back to KL

Up in the mountains, nice views. Quite spacious

Cold, heating was not great. Would recommend brining warm clothes and inside shoes or slippers as the tiles are slightly damp and cold due to the very cold and cloudy weather.

The room is huge with good lighting. Its clean and the staff are very helpful. Its right in front of the food court and theres a lot of food joints nearby too. Check in and check out is easy.

The entrance is quite confusing. U need to go down, find parking, find elevator to go to G, take another one to go to the top floor where the check in takes place. Its quite tiring if u have a lot of bags so u might want to leave the bag and take them after checking in. U can get access directly to the carpark once u have check in. No need to change lift.
