Poor reception. Too crowded

Near with all famous location and restaurant

The limited parking lot inside the building due to a lot of parking lot have been reserved for the residential. So as a guest to find a good parking lot inside the building was quite tough.

Stayed for two nights and enjoyed the scenic view of Merdeka 118 tower from my bed. ?

Key things were the excellent kl tower and petronas view. Room was spacious and bathroom very comfortable to use

Curtains were a little dirty. No one to help with luggage

Counter service is not friendly. The hotel's towel provided is smelly.

The hotel is in a great location, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. Chinatown is only about a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining.

However, the rooms would benefit from a deeper cleaning. The blankets and pillows appeared not to have been changed for some time, and a few in-room amenities were not functioning initially. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very polite and responsive, promptly addressing the issues when informed.

Very clean, helpfull staff and great value of money

Comfortable experience with value of the price. Not near the KL city, but essential services & options are nearby in few minutes walking distance. Like restaurants, transport & even automated laundry.

Worst hotel in Malaysia

Worst hotel I ever seen..! we spent 10 nights and the hotel rooms are very small than photos… and they don’t clean the rooms … and our locker(safe box) was broken … also mainly there wifi is very slow …we told to hotel staff about wifi and they said it’s normal and some home less people sleeping hotel pick up area (hotel front) .. and they provide very dirty towels… and location is very far from metro station only near the pudu bus station..we are very disappointed ….

Under the bed not clean for long time as can see rubbish accumulate

Walking distance to most shopping areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This is my 5th stay at this hotel.

they dont have room service ,dont have proper elements washrrom shoes ,shampoo, Bangladeshi stuffs are not well trained.. wastes of Money.
