Great location of Bukit Bintang, near MRT station and food street.

The location is superb !The room is spacious and new-furnish.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel is amazing , the rooms are clean, the location is amazing, the service is perfect, only the doors of the rooms are not that perfect which lets outside noise of the Hall way you can hear it easily which is a little problem sometimes some people while passing by the door and talking when you are sleep you will be waken , but after all compared to the price for each night , its perfect!?

Only the doors can be more good quality, more thick or compact which dont let outside voices and sounds easily enters the room.

Next to the hotel on the street there is kind of a free podium for musicbands, so there is loud life music until midnight or even later until 00.30h. .It's somehing you can't blame the hotel but the local authorities for allowing such loud music. We asked the helpfull staff to change the room which they arranged for us. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel if you mind loud music.

The reception was very un polite to me during there is issue on my payment on my bill. He was the big guy which is his not cooperative with me. This is the worst experience ever staying here at imperial hotel.

Location was convenient. We requested to change rooms because of noise and staff were understanding and nice about it throughout the process. Rooms were clean and comfortable otherwise.

Biggest issue is the noise if you get put in a room on lower floors on the side with the restaurant. We usually can sleep with some noise, but even with ear plugs on it was still unbearable and we could not sleep at all the whole night. There was band playing till 2am, wok frying noise and restaurant customers talking whole night. Could not sleep at all. We made a complaint and was told they could change our rooms the following day. We got put on the 5th floor on the other side of the building and it was much better (slight noise from poor sound insulation but bearable and didn't affect our sleep). I think the management should not be putting anyone in some of these rooms because they are not fit for sleeping at all.

The front desk staff really friendly. The room was really big & cozy. All the hotel staff very helpful from my first day of staying on 18Dec2024 till 26Dec. Will come back again to stay in the hotel.

Nothing. For those who complain about the noise, i think this is normal coz u are stay at city center. But overall i like the hotel. Very convenient.
