Breakfast buffet was lavish and exceptional. Staff was super friendly. They gave us an early check in without charging us anything more. rooms were clean and comfortable.

The partition between the room and bathroom was sliding. A little problem for those who value their privacy.

The check in staff were very polite and helpful.

1. The loud air con fan 2. No hot water available on night of check-in 3. The window were not sound proof and you can hear the cars, trucks & motorbike zooming pass late at night. Very noisy. 4. The noise from the night club below - music and singing and vibration of the music can be felt till 2am on a Sat night. 5. Breakfast food quality was below standard. Bread was sour and the staff was putting his finger to touch the yolk of the eggs he fried. 6. Bathroom was dirty-finger or toe nails were on the floor for days. Bathroom floor tiles was shaking and water coming out of it.

Room was large and spacious. We had a good view from 12th floor. All Platinum rooms are on one floor, so we could stay with other family members even though we booked separately. Breakfast was alright, mostly local food, few continental items. It definitely needed more vegetarian options. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Staff seemed quite helpful, they tried to give us the rooms before check-in, even though it was peak season.

We got a spacious room, they have all Platinum rooms together on one floor (the 12th). We got inter-connecting rooms. Breakfast was good, mostly local, with some options of continental and even 1-2 Indian items. Cleanliness was great, the view from the 12th floor was pretty good too. I wouldn't say the location was the best because it had no stations easily walkable or accessible, so one has to rely on taxis. Yet, it wasn't too far from city centre, so it was alright. Having 2 x supermarkets (7-Eleven and MyNews) right next door - that could be accessed largely through the building - was excellent!

A few more vegetarian options in breakfast.

Room was pretty large, with good view. Nice aesthetics. Close to Sunway velocity mall.

Not so great location, especially if you are looking for night life. City center is few minutes drive away. Breakfast buffet was fair. The biggest let down was that staff were unaware of most questions asked, and did not seem to understand English very well. Receptionist was rude. Light in the bathroom was not working. Restaurants close by were very unhygienic.

It was truly a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, the environment was beautiful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days. Overall, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent—close to several shopping malls such as MyTown, Sunway Velocity, Aeon Mall, and also IKEA.I have given a one-star rating not to undermine the quality of the hotel or its services, but to highlight an important point that I hope the management will address.During my stay, I noticed daily that the cutlery (spoons, knives, forks) as well as water glasses, juice cups, and tea/coffee mugs were not properly clean. They appeared to be washed manually in a random way, often with visible food residue still on them. This happened every day. I strongly recommend installing a large industrial dishwasher to ensure proper washing and sanitizing of these items, as is expected from a hotel of this standard.As for the food, it was good and varied, with Chinese, Indian, and Malaysian dishes available. However, it would be nice to add a selection of cheeses to cater to a wider range of guest preferences.Another point to mention: upon check-in, I was charged 100 Malaysian Ringgit. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a charge in more than ten years of staying at 4- and 5-star hotels, especially for a long stay of 15 days. The amount is very small, but it would have been better to waive it in this case.Overall, the hotel is excellent, clean, and provides very good service, but the cleanliness of the kitchenware needs urgent improvement.Many thanks to the hotel management and staff for their efforts.

the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was nicely cold,. breakfast was variety (i could enjoy the nasi lemak and roti canai)

The flusher in the bathroom was not working, the hot shower suddenly fall cold, the pillow was to high for me

The best. Nothing else i can say. The room, the view, the food, especially the lontong for breakfast, the amenities provided, everything is perfect. Will definitely repeat.

Overall, the check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The hotel and room were clean, and the breakfast spread was good.

Room is decent, and clean, but start to show the sign of age. Nevertheless it's quite spacious.Staff are friendly, and able to give me a room that not facing the main road. Kudos.Breakfast is average and not a wide spread, but sufficient for me.Free parking.

RM100 deposit by cash upon check-in, refundable upon check-out. This is not a usual practice for other hotel. Credit card deposit is not encouraged by the staff.

I'm late check in, around 2am next day, reception staff - Ms Aliya polite and friendly. Great ?? she provided fast check in and professional support.
