The Leverage Business Hotel (Rawang)

The location is just right after exit from latar highway.

They dont have no smoking room at all. Confirmed by the staff. That was big turn off for me.

Convenient location to move around in Rawang.

Hope the mould in the bathroom can be get rid.

The location is easy access by the main road and restaurants around plus Lotus is just next door. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Toilet is too open hehe

The location is the draw for the hotel. it's near to a hypermarket and good local food within walking distance. The staff was polite but they were however non committal. I sense that they felt powerless to action or influence any feedback that the customers gave.

The facilities in the room really needs attention. The aircon headset was caked with dirt and did not appear to have been serviced for a long time; the safe in the room was not working and looks like it's been out of order for quite some time. the chair was wobbly and the table laminates were peeling.

Very affordable,clean,good smells welcoming from the lobby until to the room.

Disappointing

At 4:30am there were people fighting and shouting in the hallway really disappointed.

I think for 1 night stayed just nice for me . I stay 1 person but queen bad so more comfortable for me . The room also nice worth the money . The room very Clean and all was provided especially the laundry plastic , mineral water , tea , sugar and so onn .

Environment was safe and sound. Got heater, towel and soap. Aircond was super cold ?

No gap between bathroom and bedroom. Theres no space for luggage since its budget hotel.

The staff attitude.Unfriendly and the way they talk seems arrogant.For example the way they remind the guest to check out,seems like chasing out the guest,with arrogant tone even the check out time still early.For example, check out time at 12, one of the staffs call at 11.00 with the kind of tone.It would be more comfortable if the hotel gives more flexible check out time like other hotels.

The room , the bathrooms and the surrounding was clean and comfort

The aircond in room 107 level one was so disappointed and we sweated completely. Planned to stay one night but because of the poor aircond we checked out in four hours.

Your floor in main lobby very dirty.as hotel you should manage cleanness and hygiene.during registration your staff take so much time for check in.get ur staff proper attire uniform to show your level as 3 star hotel.train your staff for a good customer service and all aspects needed..anyway rooms are very good.but please put on some carpet in front of the washroom..

Nothing. There's nothing to like there. It was a nightmare staying there

Sticky and dirty floors, room full of dust, toilet and bathroom is mossy, the room smells like cigarette, insufficient amenities, rooms are outdated, water puddle in the bathroom and toilet. The toilet door doesn't even close fully. This hotel does not deserve even 1 star. I'm never going there and never recommending anyone to go there.
