Good front desk service and good breakfast

Toilet not enough lighting.

location! wo stay here so we can go to Sogo shopping mall and go around Jalan TAR which is very near. close walking distance.. and of course the view of Kuala Lumpur's skyscraper..

the bathroom is a bit leaking and slippery.. but it's not a major problem..

Location was perfect for shopping area as it's located just a walking distance to Sogo KL, Jalan TAR, Masjid Jamek and Jakel.. One more thing that I like is that the view from the hotel room was perfect.

Nothing much as I am very satisfied with the room and other facilities for the price I paid.

Place to stay are exactly centre for staycation and shopping

While showering water flow passing under the door shower shortcut to the drain under the sink Small tiny ant crawling to the food that we bought on put on the bench near the tv.The first day we left our stuf to go another place for sightseeing.

Poor staff attitude and poor management response to the complaints

The beds were so comfortable and a relief after a long day. The shower was fantastic. Room was a little dated and showed a bit of wear and tear, but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

Getting to the parking was a little tricky to navigate. We were told we had complimentary parking but when we tried to exit after checking out, we were told by the parking attendant that we still had to pay for it. Very confusing.

Love the comfortness of the bed. The room is clean and tidy. Walking distance to SOGO shopping complex is great advantage.

Not complete toiletries . No toothbrush . Request for queen size bed but we get 2 single bed

The room was clean, nice view. The silaturrahim surau was nice and clean. The lobby area has nice city view, toilet at lobby was elegant. I really appreciate En Azza at the hotel reception desk, very helpful and courteous.

The lighting at table area is deem and not helpful. The chair and plug are ok for me to do work using my laptop. I am a bit disappointed with the deem light at the table area.

This accommodation is worth the experience in Kuala Lumpur. The room has a beautiful city view, is peaceful and has convenient transportation.

The view is very good. Can see far away and also can see KL tower at side.

If the toilet board is bigger than toilet, that is better.
