Good Value for money. Bed, bedding were comfortable

Shower preasure was not good.

Location was good as its near the malls. The people at the facility are friendly.

A bit cramp and there are not enough parking space during the day.

Lift no repair,I need to climb up 5 level Toilet shower ? no so strong, toilet door also can't lock

I had asked for refund due to the water problem during my first night and i didn’t stay at all. However, i didn’t get response for the refund yet. I really appreciate if the hotel can follow up this asap.

the staff very rude and when i come to checkin at 9pm they said my room not yet ready and after 1hour waiting SUDDENLY they said my room need to be cancel due to facilities in room out of service. and ask me to cancel my booking online. looks like im the one who want to cancel booking

No breakfast was given. Location was good however that area is a jam area. Sometimes u may not get parking around hotel area.

Room was small... water at the lobby area was finished. Toilet door broken, hot water not working, bedsheet got stain of blood, and got bedbugs.

Location is ok.There’s only one eatery nearby.

Cleanliness was totally out.The room is smelly.At First I was given a room on the 2nd Floor but the Lift Wasn’t Working. i had to carry my luggage and walk up the stairs. Upon reaching the room and opening the door, found that the room was not cleaned up after the earlier occupant checked out.i had to call for a replacement room. Then the room I got had the flush not working.??

Hotel was near to many shops.

The staff was kind of rude. The environment was not satisfied. The room was not in a clean condition.

Never inform by staff regarding elevator under maintenance and i got room at level 3.. Coz prev i've call to inform for late check in..me & wife together with 2child 6yo & 1.6yo need to carry heavy luggage and other stuff.. So unacceptable

Water pressure too low in the morning.. .. water tap not function but the maintenance fix it on 10pm to 12pm, when i came for check in and i want to take rest at that time. Hope the management can fix it before time to check in or early

The location is in subang and it was not too bad.

It's so bad. They advertise the price in booking.com as RM612 for one week. When you walk in, they rates for one week is RM350. I have the photos for evidence as below. The lift was broken and because of lack of manpower, they couldn't clean the rooms. Yet they charge me double than the price they advertise. Absurd and will never step into this hotel again

Comfy and good for a budget hotel to try on me time , really closeeee to submit , da men mall and mydin. We Can just walk that is the best

The staff didn't help much a bit pricey I found some other place more cheaper and more big and comfortable
