Liked the ambience and the staff was hospitable very. My stay was comfortable. I'll definitely book this again on my next stay.

I think it was hard for me to find the hotel and the location wasn't showing it correctly and it took a while. Other wise cleanliness can be improved also. But definitely all good apart from that. Thank you for the good service

Very good price but you get what you pay for.

Bathroom. Staff could also be more welcoming when checking in. No breakfast available in the hotel.

Clean, spacious bathroom with good rain showerhead, modern decent room for 3 stars hotel. Boutique hotel more like it.

Cigarette smell no idea how it came into the room mid night. Loud bang in mid night, for a moment I thought it's the earthquake, the whole building trembled for a second. Was it to do with lift mechanical issues?

It did the job for a stay prior to going home, I thought it was closer to the airport than it is , I’m not sure a shuttle is provided, we arranged a taxi before , there is nothing in the area

Noisy tenants roaming tbe halls and thin walls.

We stayed a night at this hotel and the hotel can keep our suitcases during our tour to Cameron Highlands and Thailand. All the staffs are very helpful. Hotel room very clean and modern. The staff also help me to keep my cheeses and chocolate in the fridge till we come back to stay for our last night.

Traffic from the motorway extremely loud all night. Difficult to sleep with the noise of the traffic.

Location is near to airport. Can park and leave my car at the hotel parking with confident and safe, with minimal fees. There also transportation from hotel to the airport, so convenient

I stayed here to attend the MotoGP race for 3 days. The hotel is close to KLIA 1 and 2 airports and Sepang International Circuit. It might take around 15-20 mins to these places if you take the shuttle bus or Grab from the hotel. It has a mamak (Indian and other Malaysian cuisines) nearby. Very affordable.

My room had little bugs (3-5). Not a lot but I am afraid of insects.

Customer service very attentive and fast respond

The cleanliness of Room 209 was disappointing, with dust everywhere. It was noticeable even without close inspection.

Proximity to airport and well priced transfers. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable.

Room too small unlike the photos they published and the bathroom had no soap.Totally not worth the money.

Not very clean, not spacious at all (family room), but ok for spending a night before flight

The location near to the airport was excellent

The noise of the “AC” if we can say it was a AC. The WiFi doesn’t work at all, so have this in your mind.

Our room was at the front. It is on a main road and only single glazed. We couldn't sleep at all.

Would have been good to supply towels even for dorm rooms since the advert did say showers available.
