The location was amazing near everything you can imagine

The staff, first thing the guy told while checking in that I will pay 100 MYR as a deposit and he will only give me 50 back while there was a sign clearly saying that the deposit is only 50 MYRSecond is there is not internet while clearly on the booking saying they have high speed internet, while asking the staff at the reception, he bluntly said “I can’t depend on the hotel providing internet and I should buy a SIM card for that”No cleaning whatsoever the entire stay, and cockroaches ? everywhere inside the room

We have to wait another an hour at the waiting area, given an excuse no enough worker to clean it, We not even satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, there's a stain at the pillow as well. my parents not happy at all. hardly get parking as well.

Facility in hotel room is good. Near IMR and warung.Easy to buy breakfast.

Soap & shampoo are provided but the toilet jubin is not clean. Really hope the staff will improve if see this comment.

I honestly couldn't find anything I didn’t like about this hotel — everything was simply perfect! From the stunning location to the exceptional service, every detail exceeded my expectations. The area is super convenient, with everything you need right at your doorstep, whether it’s dining, shopping, or sightseeing. On top of that, the price we paid was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the stay. It’s definitely among the most competitive in the area. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience!

location is good.

they charged me half day more for just 3 hours. i was waiting for taxi to come and we had to leave for airport, flight was delayed for an hour. They didnt adjust. there was no latches in the washroom door, difficult to use it while children were there, they could open it anytime.

Was good for the one night I stayed. I needed a break from hostels and it was perfect for a quick refresher. The elevator is super handy as well. It’s in an industrial part of town but close to the bus station about 10-15 min walk. Then 30 min walk to central KL.

The room was dark and a little dusty. The front desk when I arrived felt standoffish.

Dirty room, old bed, shower very slow water pressure, aircond not so cold. Initially want to buy delux room which is available in booking.com.however was told that room not available and only offer me the most expensive room. Feel like i was scammed by the hotel management

The worst stay I've ever had in my life.

From the first impression itself, they were making so drama about the booking. Not customer friendly at all. For the entire three days, they didn't make up the room. Not flexible at all. Do not book this hotel for any reason.

Wifi is good, I had my private room with bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Receptionist is not a nice guy. Bathroom has leakage and always WET. Bed was not entirely clean. They should mark on booking there are extra tourism tax to pay. Wouldnt go there again

I had emailed them that I would stay for a day, but they didn't listen to me. They took all the money from me and didn't let me stay an extra day.

The location. The aircond function well. Comfy bed and easy access from public transport.

The cleanliness of the toilet should be upgraded. Might be due to short staff the toilet I get quite unclean. But the stay is still great though

Book with Agoda. Prepaid. Don’t book with booking.com in Asia. I am in hotel in Ipoh now, same issue. Lots of hidden costs with booking.com.

The location is great near to MRT, and budget friendly hotel, for the price great value, bank is next door so free additional security. Near by Food Street Foods and Shops are very affordable

The room cleaning is every 3 to 4 days or after your check out. So check out after 2 days and ask for a new room, and only 1 cleaner and 1 receptionist at the site, so be ready for that ? .

Don't understand the lower score, it was a great place to stay for a couple nights. Friendly staff, free water refill, clean room.

The bathroom has never been cleaned its disgusting the sink was blocked the floor room floor hadnt been cleaned the walls were dirt the pillows smelled the bed creaked no window

No breakfast was provided and location was best . Housekeeping needs improving in scheduling as they didn't come every two days even . But all other things were all good. No lights in case of blackout...!

Cleaning issues only otherwise all good

The hotel's location is a plus, as it's very close to Chowkit station, with plenty of food stalls and restaurants in the surrounding area. The beds and room are generally comfortable.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. I noticed stains on the walls and tiles that are actually easy to clean. Better maintenance of the bathroom’s cleanliness is required.
