had a wonderful stay at Swing & Pillows @ ICC Pudu. The hotel is brand new, and everything—from the rooms to the facilities—is completely new, clean, and well maintained. The modern design and fresh atmosphere made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.The staff are extremely friendly and professional, especially a staff member named Navid, who truly stood out. He is very polite, kind, honest, and always helpful. His excellent service made a big difference and made us feel very welcome throughout the stay.The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to access nearby places and explore the city. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and top-quality service.Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! ?

The hotel is generally good and suitable for a solo traveler. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed. I didn’t request room cleaning, and it wasn’t done automatically, which is common practice and was fine for me.

Credit card payment was not available upon arrival, even though it was mentioned in the booking. I was required to pay a refundable deposit that wasn’t listed in the booking details. The receptionist, Navid, is friendly and polite most of the time, but he needs more training and experience in dealing with guests. He told me credit card payment wasn’t available and suggested canceling the booking, which made me feel uncomfortable. After I refused to pay the deposit, it seemed his manager scolded him, and his attitude became less pleasant.،The room lighting could be improved as it really needs a small night lamp for the evening.

The room is cozy and clean. Location is not the best, but nothing that a grab ride could not help you.

On the site it says we could pay by card. But at the place, this was not allowed. I had to withdrawal amount and pay fees for it on my last day in the country :/ It would be good to have this info updated on the site to avoid situations like this.

The bed was fairly comfortable and the sheets were clean. That’s about it.

Before we arrived we informed the property that we would be arriving after check in, around 11pm, they said no problem, there would be no staff to check us in but we could avail of self check in. We checked into our room which was basically a prison cell and looked nothing like the photos. The bathroom sink was flooding the bathroom every time we used it due to a faulty pipe. Someone then came to our room to take payment so there were some staff members around for this. It was quite a bit more expensive than the quote we were given on booking. We left for about an hour to get some food and when we came back we initially thought someone was having a shower in our room!! The pipe behind the toilet had burst and was spraying water everywhere. We contacted the property on booking, through WhatsApp and using the number downstairs at reception. We eventually got through to someone who said they would send someone to fix the issue. An hour went by and no one appeared, they also started ignoring our texts and calls. We managed to turn the water off ourselves before it flooded the entire room but we then had no working toilet. Eventually a staff member contacted us to say they’d given us a new room and left the key in the self check in. We went to our new room which was also a prison cell, no windows, the same problem with a leaking bathroom sink that flooded the floor every time you used it AND no toilet seat?! By this stage it was 1am and we were exhausted so we stayed in the room. The next morning we spoke with a staff member at reception and asked if the manager could contact us. They never did, never apologised or fixed anything and left us in a room with no toilet seat and a broken sink. Worst place we’ve stayed so far, avoid at all costs!!

The room and toilet were clean. It is quite new but you already see little things going down. The location was good but I didn't realize it until I realized that I had to cross the street and go up north to Imbi Station/Street.Staff was helpful.

I got a.windowless room next to the elevator. Every time the elevator stops (doesn't matter the floor) you hear a little sound/chime on your floor as well. So basically you hear this sound a lot. You also hear your neighbor watching TV and even snoring. You absolutely need earplugs.

It was a small room, smaller than I expected.

The room looked brand new. The room had all the amenities you need. The room was clean. I loved the location. But specially Muamar the manager was a 10 out of 10. He is a very nice, friendly, helpfull person. Really a place I would stay again.

Very helpful staff. I left one of my phones in the hotel. When they found it, they contacted me on whatsapp immediately. I could go back and pick it up. Thanks a lot!Also the rooms are clean, which means a lot to me.

Bilik cantik, new design. bukan mcm hotel lama. Towel & toiletries provided. Lift available. They use acess card to hotel & room. Worth the price. Parking berbayar just beside the hotel. Easy to find ??

Location was excellent. Nearby to icc pudu and across the road from Berjaya Times Square. Room was functional and clean, bed was comfortable.

The huge flight of uneven steps that greet you the moment you walk in. Such steps of varying depth would never pass building code here in Australia, it's dangerous! I had to lug all my heavy luggage up. I'll have to check for steps in the future when booking places . To add to the pain there is actually a lift to the ground floor but the door to outside is locked. I enquired about using the lift upon checkout and having the door unlocked, she never got back to me.The shower needs a screen of some type. Even though bring cautious it's hard not to wet the adjacent toilet when showering.
