9 Square Hotel - Kota Damansara

Comfortable and clean. Can checkout before 1pm. Helpful receptionist.

3rd times stay in here bcs I do treatment at alpha ivf.. just walking 3 mins you get alpha. This hotel provides mineral watter in bottle and dispenser.

Pls provided tooth brush and shower cap too. I get single room with window, noise from road made me waking up in midnite

Friendly staff, strategic location

Aircon doesn't seem to be cold enough even tho we set it at the lowest temperature.

Location to my partners office and local food choices

The room should have a desk and chair to allow people to work in the room

no breakfast. i was overcharged. staff were unfriendly.

extremely noisy at night (thin walls and loud road outside). expensive, considering how basic the hotel is. no room service.

Just nice to rest

AC not working properly. Very hot middle of the night, even staff came and adjust the setting still same issue.

Affordable price with nice location.

Air con is not working properly.

very clean rooms, staff very friendly and nice to talk to always smiling like the sun, and theres nice place to sit outside, 7 eleven too, very good spot, and there is a cat she is adorable, decor very modern and simple ac is in a good place covers the room very well,

wifi existed but it barely worked, maybe sometime it worked but very rarely, i ended up upgrading and using my mobile data plan, shower has very bad presure and its hard to get it hot enough, toilet seat was a bit broken, no tooth brushes, no kettle, only hot water in the hallway, very loud noises at around 2am from the garbage truck, room listing said desk but that thing is like 5cm in width so you cant put anything else than a smart phone on it, barely a small laptop,

all ok, very convenient, 7eleven right downstairs, easy parking

Plenty of public car parks at night.

I got myself a single bed room. The room is not sound proof I literally listen the baby crying the whole night during my last night stay. Also the window is not sealed or loosed? Cause i can literally count how many super bikes passed by the road. What worst is that the air cond wasntcold at all. I turned to 16c with turbo i feel nothing literally . Also the peephole is filled woth jst tissue paper.

Comfy bed, can access the hot water outside the room, friendly staff

Water heater not functioning well, the water not really hot even already turned to the max, room not that spacious.

Its clean and comfortable during my family stay there for 3days 2 nights. Many restaurant around hotel, have clinic, bank, self dobby or dry cleaning also shopping complex nearby.

bed was very nice and so was the staff

no carpet in my room outside bathroom

First, staff friendly sangat dari front door sampai ke housekeeping apa semua. Bilik and bilik air bersih.

They didnt provide the exact images of the room for you to survey. But since location tengah bandar and dekat dengan restaurant apa semua, i think it is a good price . bilik dia a little bit smaller than pictures provided but its okay

strategy location , clean and with basic facilities.

the rate with VAT is expensive for a budget hotel

Iron bottom need to clean because its sooooo dirty

Location, price, cleanliness and polite staffs

Cozy room and good location. Nearby has alot of eateries. Nice staff.

Just some small comment, if the light inside the room can be brighter then it would be great (for my mom). I'm satisfied in overall.

The place was very strategic.

shower was broken and the water flow was very slow No safety at all.. They use tape and never repair The shower fall down during shower.. very dangerous

good location

too small, smelly bathroom

Staff friendly. Had to check in late but staff made sure there's room for me on a packed holiday night. Room is clean, tv has some nice astro channels (sports, movies, axn etc.), toilet has hot shower, air-con is cold. No problem. Perfect
