Check-in 3pm until 5-6pm room still not ready. Staff should check room availability!Corridor carpet dirty with mud and sand.The guests in the next room are very noisy and the room is not soundproof at all.

The food was nice and the bed was comfy.

The staff attitude is the problem. The reception counter staff were awful at servicing their customers, like what is that attitude?? The messy hair dude, do mind yourself that I'm paying for this sh*t and don't act like I owe you money or something... Wearing slippers and serving customers is another level.. damn, the food was good but I see why there are not many people wanting to stay here. And what's wrong with the staff training? IC was provided to them but still making mistakes such as the wrong guest name and room?? Bro you can't be serious... Do better pls.

my door room cannot lock form inside, so i request to change to another room. the staff assisted me well, room was clean, neat & tidy.

wifi when inside the training room was really not good. but we manage to handle it with your supportive staff.

in overall all ok

parking is not friendly to all fork because only have one lift at the corner and most of new comer not realize there is a lift.staircase not suit to old people too stiff.

not meet my expectation

breakfast- very limited menu and the taste is not okay in comparison with the price and brand. In addition, no mineral water provided in room and quality of iron is below average.

2 guests, but no extra pillow..only 1 guest 1pillow

Disappointing

Air cinditioner not functioning well. Very hot in the room. The bathroom sliding door, the mirror, the wardrobe sliding door are all broken. Very dangerous. The windows also defective, cannot close properly. Had to switch on the shower for 10 minutes (a waste but no choice, the front desk said have to wait 10 minutes) each time to get warm water for showering. Not even provide a pen or a piece of paper in the room. Didn't clean the floor and refill the toilet paper/tissue during room service.

The staffs were very helpful and very efficient.

From the parking to reception we have to walk and get through a few stair case...

Decent place for the price. Staff were general good.

Maintenance needs work. Room condition was not up to par.

Online booking expensive than walk-in . I had to pay extra RM52.00 thru ONLINE Booking.

Found dirt like sands on the bed. Need to call houskeeping around 2am to change the bedsheet.

Parking full and i needed to park outside and illegally charged by kutu. Receptionist so unprofessional. Will never stay again at this hotel

Pleasant

There was smell of cigarette in the room.I checked in during night time. When I inserted the door card, the light didn't turn on automatically. I needed to walk in to the room to switch on the light manually. So scary ~~

Just the location for our convenience.

The bed linen and towels have seen its days. TV didn't work during my stay for 3 days. Complain twice.

The staff were very polite, humble willing to land a hand to solve any of additional requests. I'm impressed from the guard,the receptionist the house keeping and the Division front office manager. All of them are very kind and helpful. I will repeat to stay at crystal crown Pj in future. Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome and services rendered to me when I was staying there. Please continue the excellent services for all your visitors.

Everything was excellent

The staff are helpful and warm.

The facilities need to be upgraded, such as the lift.Many of the lamps in the are not functioning.The room's air conditioning is not cool.

Parking lot exit got narrow space, also valet parking occupied on OKU parking lot

The room. old dated furniture. dirty underbed. paid almost rm400 for 1 night stay WITHOUT breakfast. not worth it. restaurant and food was okay. lunch was fantastic. but very dissapointed with the room. very basic. you can stay at other hotel with nicer room with the price. feels like walk into an empty ancient room with bed.

No iron and iron board supply late, dirty, poor reception, and initially i have to push my own trolley.
