The shower nozzle is not helpful to take shower. Its need to be repaired but the technician refused and even they refused to change the room.

They take from me 300 Malaysian currency from my credit card As a guarantee until the end of my stay with them and they will return it back to me after my booking date end and now it’s 2 weeks nothing done and they didn’t give me back my money as they promised me it’s a scam and bad experience with them They are Thieves

I book twin bed. I told reception, window is compulsory. He than change another room and paid additional room cost. Luckily it is not PH.. I inform reception the room photo is missleading.. I pass breakfast..

The most terrible and horrible experiences in my life time staying at this hotel.

Upon check in which I need to change the room 4 times, 303A smelly room, 108 loud humming noise from the air-con, 306 TV is not working and the final changed to 310 the lighting is not working proper but I decided to stay as too much hassle to change. All the rooms, the bathroom glass panels are unable to slide to close proper and which requires bull strength is applied to close it, a huge effort needed to get it slide open to exit. A major and serious violation in SAFETY procedures especially elderly like us. What happen when we had an accident while taking shower and how are we going to get help assistance/help when we are unable to slide the glass panels to open to exit.Terrible breakfast, no glasses provided for the breakfast drinks which staffs sitting playing mobile phone. Porridge is empty and not replenish and the butter is melting/oily when opened. Tea provided is cold whereas the coffee is hot which leaving me with no options. Upon checking out when requesting for an official invoice for proof of staying was out-right refused and was told only walk in client will be issued whereas for me requires to request from Booking.com where my booking is placed for the invoice.Pls note, in yr official confirmation e-mail to me clearly stated that invoice can only be issued by the property.Quote:Your receipt is automatically generated This is proof of your transaction – you can't use it to claim VAT. The counter staff was kinda not friendly. Kinda rude when addressing. Lighting was kinda poor.

The location is very good. There is a train station available just 1 min walking distance. The location is perfect for going to any place. The room was clean and Smart TV was available. There was a window and the view was very nice as well

The breakfast was not good.We couldn't eat during our entire stay. We had to order daily from outside.There was only one option for their own local food. There must be an option for international food

I suffered knee injury in the city. The staff was able to give me an ice bag for the swelling... That is above and beyond and shows a congenial care for the customers... Free fulll course breakfast from six thirty a m to ten thirty a m...

Location is a little down, but you do have an MRT station very nearby that's easy to access the center and attractions... Including the Batu Caves..

not sure how old is this hotel but the room seems a bit old. air con functioning not good, perspire at the midnight and woke up. breakfast choice was limited.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Innitially I have booked my stay for 2 nights (8/3 - 10/3). On the 9/3 itself, I have went out for a meeting and for some errands around 12pm, upon I leaving the hotel, I did not put up 'make up room'. However, around 4.30pm when I came back to hotel room. I am unable to access to my room, I am confirmed that I have book gor 2 days, went down to the concierge and clarify about this issue. During that time, a indian boy was handling a guy and this Chinese lady assist on my room issue, during she reset it, she was mumbling to this indian guy mention, please get 'someone stop changing room just because no towel, no towel saja change room and all room is fully booked' During this moment, i was suspect someone wanted to change room and try on my room. When I went up, surprisingly whole room is made over. To be honest, I am totally upset on the management. As well as this is the first time I experienced this in all the hotel there is no this issue and get an advice from my friend who work in hospitality, what if my belonging is lost, does the hotel will take full responsibility!? Yet, I have message and contact the hotel concierge by getting a clarification on this matter, was hoping and apologies and provide me a better solution, ALL THEY REPLIED IS 'PUT DO NOT DISTURB' at the door. Does this make sense!? I will make a official complaint to the respective channel and report this issue. As the 'hotel staff' has touch the client privacy without any notification. Totally regret for this stay. I choose this hotel not because of how cheap it is, it is because close to the place where am heading to meeting.
