Thank you!I first came to the Capitol hotel when it was brand new some decades ago. I enjoyed the hotel very much then. Of course, times and expectations have changed. I looked forward to staying again, but through the years the hotel became dated. Still very clean and well maintained but I think the new traveller enjoys a different type of vibe/decor. The location is unbeatable though and price of the room is low, so... I think still good value if you are on a budget. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, it's basic. I would skip it and have a coffee and croissant outside.

The bed is comfortable and the hotel location is convenient, close to shopping malls and public transportation hubs.

The air conditioner does not seem to be working properly. I have tried raising the temperature up to 30 °C, but the temperature remains as cold as 18-20 °C. The hotel management needs to fix this problem.

LOCATION! In the center of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to monorail, shopping, food street, etc. The room was much larger than most hotels in this area and had a great view of city. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

No complaints. As mentioned in other reviews, the room decor is dated but everything functioned perfectly so it was not a problem for us.

Good hotel in a great location. Coffee shop within the hotel was also great. Lots of bars and restaurants near by and an easy walk to KLCC.Staff super helpful and friendly - all good.

Room is not sound proof.i can hear the door bell fromthe other room. I can hear my next room neighbor talking.They fire alarm keep on buzzing on my first night, im still thinking should i run out or continue to sleep or false alarm?

Spacious room, convenient location

Absolutely no sound insulation (you'll hear your neighbors breath). Street bands playing every night until 2-3am so good luck if you are a morning person. The room is very dark. TV barely has a sound. Wifi works a few minutes a day. The water in the shower one day was only hot, the other day was only cold. One time after the room was cleaned I found my air pods dropped on the floor from the bed table. So all in all it was a nightmare, NEVER AGAIN!

Toiletries given so limited. Should provide a toothbrush set and vanity pack at least for a price I paid for the accommodation. The beverages should be better varieties. Also not be put in the closet which I find weird. The area where we hang our clothing in during the stayed...dont you think so?

Paid £7O each for a tour which was just a taxi so in total paid £140 which would have been £20 via grab/uber. There was no tour just a taxi service there and back. The tour guide didn’t get out the car.

Lifts were noisy at night have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and never heard the lifts

The location is great. Near to lrt station and mega star arena just a few walks away

The water heater in the bathroom need to be set up manually.

went for check in at 3.50pm, but my room still wasnt ready, they had to give other room (upgraded - free). but it takes so much time to process! makes me late to my appointment.

It was good enough for short stay. I was only there because there was a concert nearby and it is convenient.

I am not sure why the payment was not go through (by booking.com) before the check in day. Luckyly, my friend have a credit card and the staff swiftly handled it without any problem.

Location is near to Plaza Low Yat and Sungai Wang Plaza. Room is okay la. Breakfast okay so so. FOr me, the counter check in is so slow. but overall okay la. THe room is so clean.

Check in counter is slow. Not mention deposit is in cash and credit card only. Parking not mention in Plaza Low Yat.
