- We encountered challenges when we checked in and we had to transfer from one room to another.
- no have water dispenser /oven to use .AC:1st night my aircond is hot, next day i complaint to helpdesk/lobby they give me ac remote ..Call me to set to cold and ask me return it the ac remote..What you telling me this whole hotel only have one AC remote?omg..

Excellent location in the heart of the city! Was clean especially compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the area. Check-in staff were friendly and attentive - thank you Larissa! For the price, not much more I could ask for.
For amenities like toothbrush and hair dryer you need to request it from the front office. I'm not used to it but it's supposedly to save the environment.
This hotel is pretty much in the middle of many things. It is close to the Colonial Trail and the Cultural Trail which lead you around the neighborhood.
A side table or shelf on both sides of the bed and two outlets for charging two phones.
Location is central and very near to the SCKLM start point event.

It was okay. Friendly and helpful staff , closer to everything, trains and markets. Needed for one night.
It was dark, bathroom could use some refreshing, didn't smell nice,no coffee, price was high for what it was.
