Pros +
- Good location Helpful staff Good bed
- I'm not satisfied I know I'm foreigner why like that.
- If your planning to stay around the Petaling Street / Pasar Seni area and on a semi-tight budget, imo the Capital O hotel is one of the more better options Would defitnetly book here again when im visiting KL again
Cons -
- That this property was already taken out of booking platforms but still the payment went through. Also, though the staff helped with the refund, he was a bit sarcastic at first.
- Poor slow internet.Facility Not cleaned
- When I arrived I paid for my 1day and extended it until 5pm. I paid everything. When the staff changed... the male staff charged me 95 rm again. I almost paid. 245rm I'm not stupid we can't understand..that I already paid all why like that...1day and 5hrs extend.how come..
